i'm from the netherlands , the casino i have a prob with is licensed in the netherlands antilles. we have common bodies when it comes to juristriction. there are alot of points where they are breaking the law and yes i prob could make a big case of it, report it etc... but i don't know what kind of effect this will have. other players from a different country don't have this adventage so my concern is what will happend to them?

Nominated as one of the silliest posts I have read this year.

You need to take terms seriously whether they make sense or not- if you are opening an account or using a bonus they are the holy grail when it comes to getting your money. How many times on this board have we seen monster threads because people didn't read the terms and then expected to be paid.

If YOU make (and win) a big case, they will have to make changes for ALL players, since other players will notice the ruling, and be able to tell whether this casino is DELIBERATELY scamming players who do NOT have access to such redress.

maybe we should look further in to this together, but there are things more important to me atm ( my mom is very very sick alas ) the casino i have a prob with owes me more then 20k which is ALOT to me.. normally i would obv give all my spare time to settle this, but i can't.

... i will get this settled in the end tho, and as you point out maybe help others if i can
