I looked thoroughly through their website and download client for this information, but to no avail. I'm trying to find out the rate at which comp points are earned. Is it the standard RTG rate of 100 points per $1000 wagered? I have no clue as to why they don't/won't publish this standard piece of information. They claim to have the best comp system in the industry, but how can that be proved/disproved if we're missing a key piece of the pie?

quick answer as just saw you post. I know its a lot better than $1000 to 100 point. I think it is actually 100 point for each $500 wagered. But will try have a nose around and will report if find any

That would be quite nice, as you would earn $5 for the first $250 wagered, and it only increases from there seeing as how it's on a sliding scale based system. 50 points = $5, 300 points ($1500 wagered) = $41.25, 2000 points ($10k wagered) = $785, and so forth....

Below is a brief table* showing what your comps will earn. As you will see it's a sliding scale e.g. 600 points will earn more than 6 x 100 points. So the more points you accumulate the more $money$ you earn.
Points Cash Reward
50 $5.00
100 $10.75
150 $17.25
200 $24.50
300 $41.25
600 $109.50
900 $204.75
1000 $242.50
1500 $476.25
2000 $785.00

That still doesn't give the rate at which points are earned........this was actually the first place I looked :p

Sorry lol needed to find out how much wager is needed for points :p

it would be easy to find out though? If checking the comp point balance? do some wagering and check after each 50 wagered...... not really up for trying that out now hehe. But just received a €50 loyalty chip so might try :p

But can't play there any more as my visa card gets blocked now and neteller not allowed :( but would sure be nice making 10 x wagering and a max cashout of €500

Just to remember could be they have somehow a sneaky build in comp system so depends which player. And also maybe tailored towards new and older players also depending on how much deposits and plays normally. But will give it a whirl now with the €50 chip this is Inetbet Euro though but they should be identical.

Hmm just found out not the same as Inetbet Euro states each 100 points is €1. Feel bit angry now as got over 1000 comp points so seems no special reward at Inetbet Euro.

Okay at Inetbet Euro I have just found out that €5 wagered is = 1 point.

Not sure how much that helps hehe. So that would be €500 = 100 points

So I was right but this at Inetbet Euro.

Also remember if u claim the max points for the max bonus any other points
You have they take them away and tell you that u have claimed the max
So start from zero even if u have a lot
As I saved them and it happen to me

Interesting....it says nothing about that on their site......However, it does say that if you claimed say 500 points and you had 49 leftover (they round to nearest 50) then the 49 will remain in your account. There's no mention of them taking all of your points, even if you claimed the full 2000. It only says that you can only claim up to 2000 at a time...

So I was right but this at Inetbet Euro.

That's still 2:1 compared to any other RTG, which is by far the best for that software.....but still, they should have the same comp system in place for EU that they do USA...

Yes that was my argument at the time it says about rounding it off not taking the rest of the points as if I remember correctly I claimed the max 2000 and still had something like 1200 or so points left I would have to check my emails
It sucked so I seen this and thought to throw it in there
Because they don't say anything till it happens

Do you have evidence of this? If so, I'd encourage you to PAB, seeing as how 1200 points is worth between $200-$300. That's almost enough for a nice dinner out with the SO at a 5 star restaurant...:D

Since emails can be altered to look as if they support your argument, I would take screenshots of them still in your email client as proof :)

Those were points you earned, and shouldn't have been taken away - especially when there is nothing in the T&C written that supports their actions. Even more so, they have to follow these T&C 100% in order to stay on here at CM as an accredited casino...Or, on the other hand, maybe it was a simple mistake @ iNetBet? We're only human...

edit: I've alerted Emily of this thread, so hopefully she can shed some light on this...

Ok so just checked my emails I had 2650 after claiming 2000 I had 0 so lost 650 not around 1200 points as first stated
As for a PAB I could not be bothered as I closed my account this year over terms that was changed and they did not inform me I do have the evidence about the points so I'm not trying to make a bad name for them Emily Hanson can chim in this thread any time and correct me if I'm wrong anyway
Not to mention this was the start of last year

Ahh, ok, gotcha. Well, at least it's out in the open now for future players' reference.

Not trying to give them a bad name, either.....If they're offering 100 points per $500 wagered, that's the best I've seen around, so I can see myself being (again) a loyal depositer there...I took a few years off, so I'm just now getting back into the swing of things. It'll be interesting to see what Emily has to say :)

Yes it will be :p I was a premium player there and was with them for years
The term change I did not like or get a email about was the no 2 free chips in a row so got denied a very small withdrawal and i could not argue ot as it was in the t&cs if I remember correctly it used to be if u deposited every month or so it did not matter
So in the end moved on and wished them the best :)

There's actually (some free) sites & browser plugins that will let you know when a page changes (such as a T&C page) - there's several listed here:

But, important changes such as those should indeed be mailed out to their entire player base. AFAIK, there's only a handful of casinos that will make players aware of these changes. They rely on and expect players to keep themselves "in the know."
