This is strange as I dont have a similar problem at Inet whereas the same problem persists at Grande Vegas. There must be a bug somewhere and it may not necessarily be confined to a certain casino. Somehow when playing with a bonus previously the bug was activated.
I've heard of it happening at a few RTG's, and I told Inet support that, too... was still being told it was me not allowing a spin to finish before leaving a game. I should have sent them a screenshot of my balance at zero and the reels not moving, but I doubt if that would have even worked, lol.
It really bothers me how it's ALWAYS the customers fault, heaven forbid a casino admit there's a bug in the software. Funny thing is, if they wouldn't have tried to make me feel like an idiot and had just admitted it and fixed it for me, and said feel free to contact us anytime and we'll reset it for you, I wouldn't have uninstalled. Oh well. They don't take my usual deposit method anyways, but now Jackpot Capital does! I know where I'll be playing from now on.
