I would like to pose a question to inetbet and the whole forum

The last several times I have played there its been BAD!!!!!!!

Who has won there recently?

I see posts about players quiting, I have seen my deposits go very fast. I like to bitch and moan but after losing my funds in record time I am scared to deposit with you anymore.

I used to love this casino. Fastest payouts ever till 3Dice

I have had good times and bad at inet. Got kicked out and had to apologize my way back in after a nasty email in 2006.

Emily won awards, greatest casino rep there ever was

No live support, slow emails, the winnings are no where to be seen.

Are you cash strapped? Can you not afford to upgrade to live chat? Can you not afford to tweak the software for even a small win? Do you have no staff to oversee the operation?

If I deposit again with you it will take some thought and loyalty but $5 a month doesn't cut it after the play time " for the money" I have seen at other casinos, and the wins. I have seen record money vacuum at inet. Like a great big industrial vacuum sucking up dollars.


Let me give you some advice from the bread and butter of all casino's, the one who deposits.....

Ask yourself, Are you aware of what your depositors think?

I had my account with them closed. I had sent an email, and it probably could have been conceived as rude in manner, asking why the slot play was so slow. Average spin was taking 12-20 seconds to land and any wins were small in value. I wanted to know if this was a problem on my end or on the casino's end. Question was never answered, and the return email, IMO, was rude and uncalled for.
I don't gamble to win, but if I do Yeeha!, I gamble for entertainment. I figure to go out to dinner and a movie or show will cost me more than the small pittance I spend gambling.
 
I would have to say all casinos that have reps on Casinomeister are very well aware what their depositing players think.
Do they care? IMO, they are very few and far between the ones that do.
 
My biggest grip with inetbet is that it seems in ever month's newsletter there is always 2 or 3 players that win more than one random jackpot. Now everyone knows that RJ's are really, really hard to hit and some here have never hit one after playing for years, so if they truely are random how can one person win 2 in a month? Yes...yada, yada about someone winning on .20cent and .40cent bets but they are in my opinion few and far between. I think these are won only rarely so RTG can make the claim that the RJ's are random. I simply can not believe they really are when not 1 but 3 players won 2 random jackpots apiece last month alone, and it's pretty much the same every month. Still the high rollers take probably 95% of the RJ's. I'm saying players that spin $5.00 and higher a spin.

Its entertainment imo, i would rather play at a casino that i know will pay me within 24 hours,that pays out what ever the amount is, no limits.

I can survive the fact that they have no live chat or phone service, as they have a reputation beyond repute imo. I hardly think they are strapped for cash lol.

They are one of the few casinos where you can still deposit less than 10.00. We all lose money at the casinos, and sometimes we win, its the price you pay for entertainment. Its just like going to the movies, you were expecting to see something wonderful and the ending didnt turn out the way you wanted, there will always be others flocking in to see the same movie, just to check it out and they may enjoy it and feel like they got their moneys worth and more but hey thats entertainment and thats what you paid for............................laurie

Laurie people leave casinos when they are continously slaughtered, inetbet is in grave danger in my opinion from the `newcomers` on the block and if their not careful their customer base is gonna dwindle to nothing. I have already switched and am unlikley to go back to inetbet now that slotsoasis and cherry red etc are on the scene. Reason? They simply play that much better

My personal belief is, that no matter if a person is playing for entertainment or not, there does come a time when a person says enough is enough of a casino that they constantly lose at.
Everyone would like to see a little win every once in awhile even for those of us who play for enjoyment. If a person deposits with the mindset of hoping to win, then thats where the disappointment comes in.

I see where you and the others are coming from Audi, i really do, hell i lose money also. There are more and more rogue casinos showing up everyday, and we need to help steer the new players away from them and show them that casinos like InetBet, Cherry Red, 3 Dice, Jackpot Capital and many others will treat them right. It doesnt help by stating to a casino on a open forum "Are They Strapped For Cash" imo.................laurie
 
i just played a free chip in the past and also made small deposit. few days ago i wanted to play at inetbet again because i had a little balance left in my neteller, so it was the only choice ;-).

i had a question on a bonus and was very surprised to see that a casino with this good reputation yet, rather hasn alivechat or phone?lol?

i wrote an email concerning my planed deposit and the bonus but they never answered. i wont come back there as i never experienced a casino non-replying if you want to deposit with them but need some help. i think theyre ran by a machine:) or they just dont care about people willing to play at tgheir casino.

Perhaps now that they have some more competition (other accredited RTG's) maybe they will take seriously the desire that's been repeated over and over for live chat and a 800 #. Maybe it's time to step it up a notch....... Inetbet ;)

How much could it cost to set up live chat on the site and have a few people to answer players questions?

I asked that because it probably wouldn't even put a dent in their budget yet they refuse to do it. I am uninstalling the casino this morning. If I need my achilles fix I know where to find it at Cherry Red.

Look at the website, hasn't changed in years. Hire someone to give it a new look. I hear you saying "if it isnt broke dont fix it" but I think the future is getting fast responses in live chat. If I have a question about a deposit I am not going to wait on an email. I will deposit somewhere else. It happened last week, inet denied my coupon. I wasn't going to wait on an email, I put my money in another casino.

Live chat must cost too much or as many times as its been mentioned they would be aware that the DEPOSITORS want it even if they do not. I am sure the business will be fine if the depositors leave. Then they can all get huge bonus's. Pay for that mercedes. Buy that little villa in the south of France.

But pay a geek to improve the site?, I must be crazy to think money should be put back into a business.
 
Personally I dont care if Inet had live chat or not as long as they are prompt in replying to emails and actually give you a relevant answer. However, I was disappointed when I played a coupon I thought was a slots coupon and the playthrough never budged. I was winning at that time. So I asked them thru email what games were allowed for the coupon I was using and the only thing they did was remove my winnings from slots. I had no problems with that since these are from disallowed games but I was still not told what games I could play. Okay, I took the by trial and error method to try out a host of games and eventually busted. Still no problems with that as I didnt read the coupon carefully. Now what irritated me was that after losing the bankroll an email comes and says that they had previously told me that only scratch card games were allowed. This email arrived 4.5 hours after I sent me email enquiry. So a lot of trouble could have been saved if they had live chat. As I said they were quick to remove my winnings but were damn slow to advise me of the allowed games. Not good enough Inet!
 
If a movie cost $50 and lasted 5 to 10 minutes not many would pay for that entertainment.

A movie can cost you 50.00 bucks depending if you get the drinks and popcorn Catrina. As for the 5 to 10 minute playtime, i guess it depends on each person and what they play and how they bet.

Im not wanting to get into a negative debate with you, just to merely say that its your choice on how you wish to be entertained, if you dont like the movie(casino), walk out, you wont get a refund or a raincheck.

A question, if you had hit a R/J at Inetbet last night, would you still have posted this thread, which you have every right in the world to do? It can never be known as to what you could have hit on that 50.00 bucks, who really does know....................laurie
 
I have deposited my fair share but never ever won wich is sad - however this goes for all RTGs (yesterday I deposited 50 dollars on slotsoasis tith 400% bonus, in 250 dollars i never even hit a win over 10$ and i was playin 1 and 2$ bets)
Anyways - the thing about live chat is a BIG thing and I will not deposit more at Inetbet, I have emailed them 2 times, (not very important but still) and not recived an answer to my questions...

You hit the nail right on the head. If you constantly keep losing, why keep playing I have not made any deposits since my last thread. I meant what I said I am cutting back, I am tired of losing, I am tired of being broke. Its not a good feeling at all.

Nope not a good feeling at all but if you keep your losses to a minimum then you don't feel bad about losing. I pay all my bills before I gamble, deduct groceries, spending money, gas, etc. and then set aside a certain amount for gaming.

One other thing people could do if they have no control is to make a withdrawal from your bank on Friday and that way you have no way to keep withdrawing your money over the weekend and you won't feel bad and be broke on Monday.

Its just very disappointing to get very little value for your money. I do not mind losing a few deposits but when you start racking up 10 to 20 without a return (or even a hint at one) its mind numbing.

You know it happens to the best of us. And when you are on a losing streak means all bets are off try a different day. Play at different times of the day. The best time for me is @ 7:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays everyone is basically on that time so I don't play then. Try Mondays and Thursdays they work for me.
 
I have a few of the same issues with Inetbet..I received a small Manager's deposit and played T-Rex. Hit a couple of good features, upped my bet and after a while emailed them to see what my playthrough was and what was left. It's the time it takes to do this and then when they do answer it may not completely answer the question then you have to email them back, etc., etc. Live chat would help immensely. I don't expect a win when I play (when it does happen YAHOO) but a bonus round once in a while would be nice. I have deposited there several times a month and have noticed the slots seem tight lately. I know, it's all random...but...this with the lack of support pushes a person to the other accredited ones like Jackpot Capital, Cherry Red, Slots Oasis and Rushmore. Disclaimer..my opinion only..others may do well there..to each his own...and good luck out there:thumbsup:
 
Ok, so i agree InetBet would serve its patrons better if they offered live chat or a toll- free number or even a playthrugh ticker to let a player know when the W/R has been met.

I just had a hard time with the "Strapped For Cash" thing ,as they pay everything you win at once, no 4k or 2 k per week but all up front, this would not be the case of a casino with cash flow problems, infact, it makes them more appealing as a casino to this player imho..................laurie

Its well pointed sarcasm, I know they could probably buy the state I live in but whats the reason they won't upgrade for live support.

I've never played at these casinos before a couple of months ago so I don't know how they used to pay. I signed up at a couple of them maybe a year or so ago but never played because they looked so foreign to me. I had always played microgaming but I've only played at one in the past three months due to no progressives for US players.

I started these other casinos when I found this site again and I'm still not used to the very low payouts but what can you do but not frequent the casino. Maybe just maybe if enough people say we've had enough and it starts to hit where it hurts they will loosen up a bit more but up until then I'm giving them 75% less than what I used to.
