Good news, I managed to cash out my max cashout 10X managers bonus
Sadly I was up to 600 and change but had to play it down! Why can't that happen when I deposit...!!! Urgh!

Bonus does usually come out week 1 but sometimes later.
If you have payable funds or a pending cashout when they go to process it will also be delayed till they are cleared.

If you haven't got it by end week 3 thenI would query. This happened to me a few months ago and it had not been credited as I had playable funds in the account when they went to do it. It slipped by the wayside after that. (but fixed when I contacted support.

Looks like $15. You can only do it from the month of August. The month of Septembers deposits will be in next months managers bonus.

when I queried a bonus recently I was advised by email that it was calculated from date of last bonus to date new bonus played = so if you are payed the bonus late then it may well be 6weeks worth of play taken into account.
