If iNetBet have been tweaking the RJ's I doubt they'll admit. So I don't see the point in asking the question. Besides, if they have and they admit it, it's going to cast further aspersions onto what else they can or have been tweaking...See my point ;)

why were on questions about RJ's
how do they actually work?........

my understanding of them is they set a RJ to go off at a certain amount say $10,000 the person who clicks spin to make the RJ turn to that figure wins?
is that how others interpret it?

maybe its just a question of the inevitable?

live long enough and eventually you will see 3RJ over 10k?

theoretically you could also see 3RJ over 10M, but i expect you would have to live a few billion years for that, and an outcry would ensue long before!

but 10k isnt so unrealistic, so perhaps its just unlikely but bound to happen later or even later?

or maybe they want to keep their money in a bank longer :p

but the point im trying to get across is that inet have shown they let there RJ's go off easily compared to other sites using the same software.
the way you worded it was that you think the RJ's are truelly random?

Old / Expired Link
not very many over $10k

Happy New Year ! Nor trying to be sarcastic , but what part of "RANDOM" don't you understand.?..If one does not believe the spins are randomfor the jackpot or for the slots or for the cards beling dealt, or for the roulette wheel or for the dice, then one should not play at that particular casino.

I've noticed this lately too and wondered if anyone else had. I've seen their randoms high on one or two but it seems none of them are hitting any randoms as of lately.

the word "RANDOM" can mean many things...........
if the manager at inet typed in $5678 then the jackpot would pay at $5678 that would still be random.............would it not?

or does the RJ think to itself oh im going to pay in a minute (on any figure it decides it wants to go off):what:

as for the reels yes they are random not debating the reels as this is a RJ thread!

oh and happy new year to you and yours also :)

Hi Everyone,
Firstly: Happy New Year to all :)

We have not done anything to the Random Jackpots. These games have simply not hit for a while and the Jackpots have grown accordingly.

We have no control over when a jackpot hits. It is entirely random as to when and to whom they hit. This may be at a low amount or not hit for a while and become much larger.

The only aspect of the Jackpots that we can ask to be altered is the reset value. i.e. when a Jackpot hits what is the reset value. In our case it is $1000.

If you take a look at our website you can see some of the largest Jackpots hit on individual games:

Old / Expired Link

As you can see the Jackpots have been up to these levels on other games previously too.

I hope that this information is of some help.
Best Regards

1st off TY for replying!!

We have no control over when a jackpot hits
now there must be some sort of control or it could go on forever?

so how does the RJ actually get triggered? (can you give more details)

im not trying to catch you out or cause any friction im just really curious how they work or how there programmed to work :notworthy

I am sorry but I am not a programmer.
All I know is we have no control whatsoever as to when or to whom they hit. It is entirely random. We have seen jackpots hot and then hit again a few spins later. Whilst on other machines they have not hit for much longer periods of time.
Best Regards

I think it would be better if they had the rj's hit at certain levels such as a max limit say $5000....then at least we know it will hit whereas many are hit and many of us wonder if they really were hit or just removed...when I see one sitting there over $10,000, all I can think of is that they will remove it soon...we do not see many of these posted anywhere...including the casinos..I have looked to see who has hit them and not all are posted on the website, so where are the rest?

I am talking about all rtg casinos...due to the minimum cashouts (withdrawals) allowed by them all, why in the world would they think that more is better for a winner but lousy for withdrawal when more lower wins are better for more players...and withdrawals....

I have always said the Rapid Fire jackpots were the best. The never went over $2500 and gave many players chances to hit them..

I know I am repeating myself on this but to go 12 years playing daily at a certain number of rtg casinos and not hit one...the odds of that are astronomical..whereas I have hit the rapid fire jackpots when we were allowed to play them , 5 in a year .

So to call this a random jackpot is truly not what it is IMO...because then most would have hit them at least once in a lifetime...

And bigger is NOT better ....

Discouraged and feeling something is not right lately..

i see warlocks spell was hit last night for over $12k
Congrats to the winner whoever it may be!

I know I follwed both of the jackpots for quite a while as I usually do at most of the RTG casinos and I will say this, all the machines must be broke..STUPIDLY still believing that most casinos are on the up and up, I continued to spin hundreds of spins without bonus rounds and I guess this is why they can pay out these huge amounts..the players such as me keep feeding them without any kind of play time..

I think I had one of those light bulb moments today...while playing at Inetbet..after numerous deposits the last two days including today, and non winning spins...things have definitely changed here and at Clubworld..

Time to leave these two for better playgrounds and to let others continue to supplement them...and no more spinning for the unattainable unrandom jackpots...IMO only...and if one feels this way, which I do now, it's time to move on which I am......

1) There is a BIG PROBLEM with RTG Random Jackpots, and it is indeed the MAX CASHOUT that some of their promotions have. This means that it is an advantage for the casino to have large random jackpots, as more can be "confiscated" where they happen to be hit on a max cashout promotion. iNetBet seems to have 10x and even 5x max cashouts on free chips, and often the value of the free chip is miserly, meaning that winning an RJ from one means having almost the whole amount confiscated.

Consider the managers bonus, 10x max cashout and often small amounts of $10. This would allow the first $100 to be cashed out from an RJ, with the rest supposedly placed back - but this is a hot topic, how can we be certain this happens after a hit, WE do not know if it was from a free chip and "confiscated", and to expect it to go back into the game. This DID come up, with the winner of an RJ at an RTG casino being a Casinomeister member, and revealing that they did not receive much of the win because it was from a free chip, and it didn't seem the "confiscated" amount had been placed back into the game.

2) Anyone noticed? - RTG have REMOVED a number of games from their casinos - don't know when (I know WHY though;) ), absolutely NO announcement - something to hide no doubt:D

It is unusual for games to be REMOVED from casinos, although a regular stream of new games can be expected.

3) It is possible for an RTG casino to place more than one slot into the same RJ pool - when this is first done, the pooling can create the effect of a sudden appearance of unusually large RJs, which will even out as they are hit. They will grow faster, but should hit more often. Club World set theirs up in groups of 6 (approx), so they should grow 6x as fast, but hit 6x as often (assuming all slots within the group are equally popular).
RTG casinos may have done this to counter the reduction in activity caused by UIGEA, and to ensure that there is the greater chance of at least some RJs showing a temptingly high value.

VWM, I am so glad you posted this for it is almost exactly how I am beginning to feel. On top of this,
some RJs showing a temptingly high value.
I also feel it is a come on now to suck many dry only to have money as you said, confiscated in the end...

As good a casino as Inetbet has been...something is definitely not feeling right anymore as I said and the RJ is part of this gut feeling nowadays..What happened to all the $1000,2000,3000,4000 dollar RJ winners?

The jackpots have become so big that this only means it has less winners and the pay out is set in a scheduled manner whereas the smaller ones weren't..This also means they are keeping the money longer (spread out over a time for dispersing). I guess this is why they are going to the bigger jackpots...to slow the release of funds...

Just a passing thought...and only IMO...

Ok, give...I haven't noticed any missing but then again, I wasn't looking...:D

Turn right, then right. then right again
On the topic of RTG, I havent been going too well either lately and the bonus rounds Ive found to be quite lousy, but it could be just bad luck I guess.

One thing I did notice was a difference in the reel positions on Diamond Dozen (which I play quite regularly). As Im sure others do, I get to know how many scatters/bonus symbols are on each reel as they roll, and it seems that there is only ONE blue diamond on the 3rd reel where there used to be TWO. Now maybe Im losing it, and maybe it doesnt actually make a difference either way, but I did think it was odd.

Anyway, bottom line is that I cant hit a win anywhere with RTG at present.

This could only be confirmed by analysing the slot at rest after a large number of spins, as this cuts out misimpressions in the animations, where the old "reels are resetting" has now been explained by several members as probably due to very long reelstrips requiring the animation to "reset" to show the landing few symbols rather than properly rotate the reel. Sme RTG slots have 100+ symbols where a bonus round can be "easliy triggered" seemingly by just getting one symbol on the last reel after getting all to likely symbols on the first 4.

If the reduction to one blue diamond has really happened, then it represents a reduction in the probability of getting free spins, and most likely is a reduction of the RTP of the game.

The missing games, well, thanks to New Orleans, RTG have quietly pulled the rather vulnerable games "Frozen Assets" and that other one, "Break the bank", not sure of the name, hardly played it because it is so boring. It seems a couple of others have gone too, as there are only 4 left in the class "bonus 3 reel slots", when there were up to 8 before.

It is wise of RTG to yank Frozen Assets, but they should have come clean and made an announcement that this was being done, now they have made it look like they had something to hide (well, they did, an almighty design cock-up that has been around for YEARS!).

No doubt, seeing New Orleans post in great detail the full "method" for Frozen Assets, and how it could be partly extended to a range of other slots, RTG operators kept a close eye on things, and thought it best to remove the games rather than face a barrage of non-payment complaints from all the masses who read the method and tried it out. This was probably shared on many other forums, where in the past it has been a closely guarded "VIP section" method, used at a level that RTG casinos would tolerate.
The alternative would have been to exclude these games from play in the terms and conditions, something I did see at the Virtual casinos.

i have to say that i have been following inets games and before the warlock game hit nothing had been hit for a while. the pots just rise. one of the reason i play at inet is because the jps would hit really low. weeks and weeks these games dont hit. its like no one is playing them . the numbers barely move sometimes. it takes days before it builds up a few hundred dollars more. i have deposited time and time again. days and days of dry spells. features are far and few between. a few times i got lucky but the slots did not pay for long. if you wasnt playing them at the right time you were just out of luck. all in all i still play because they pay out fast and seem to answer our questions on this thread.

I play almost exclusively at InetBet. Just did today, made two deposits and lost in a matter of an hour. 325 spins at a $1 per and got 2 features on 2 different games for maybe $25 and $22. In a year (almost 2) I have cashed out 2 times (and not that much). I play because I like to for entertainment with the possibility of winning something once in a while. I have to say the lack of features on any of the games is getting boring. When you can take $50, get a bonus and play at a Rival for hours and get 200, 300, 400 x your bet there is something wrong IMHO with RTG. I know a lot of people win at RTG but not this one. So congrats to anyone that can hit AND cashout:thumbsup:

Heya,

Well that would be the case...if there had ever been 2 Blue Diamonds on reel 3.
There are (and have always been) 2 Blue Diamonds on both reels 1 and 2, but reel 3 has, and has always had, one:

Symbol: Reel 3
White Diamond 1
Blue Diamond 1
Man 1
Woman 1
Ring 2
Rose 2
Purse 3
A 3
K 3
Q 3
J 3
10 3
9 4
Total: 30

An easy way to check is to look at what symbols appear around the Blue Diamond on the reel strips (since the reel strip distribution is laid out in a specific order in each game).
So the section with the Blue Diamond on reel 3 is:

10
K
Blue Diamond
9
Purse

Now there is a reel change that occurs in free games, with an additional Blue Diamond added to reel 3 just below this section:

10
K
Blue Diamond
9
Purse
10
Blue Diamond
Q
Rose

So in free games there is (and has always been) 2 Blue Diamonds.

Woooof

That is the same reason I would play there and I am getting the messege that they do not want regular players anymore just want our money...a very bad feeling. As much as I like them something smells bad......
Just did today, made two deposits and lost in a matter of an hour. 325 spins at a $1 per and got 2 features on 2 different games for maybe $25 and $22
I did the same thing today, deposited twice more and hit the bonus round for the penguin game 3 times and barely broke $20 on the bonus round with 12-17-15 free spins respectively betting $1 a spin (not even getting my investment back). There is definitely something going on with them since I have been playing there for years and playing the penguin game I used to reach $50-$100 easily betting $1 a spin during the bonus rounds..

I have made close to 20 deposits in the past two weeks at Inetbet and have gotten absolutley no play at all...and no payback at all...today was the only time I hit any bonus rounds and they paid squat..

They have made it so obvious that they have changed things that they cannot even cover it up well..this is not a rant, or a slam..just my opinion AND an observation from a longtime player that knows when things have been shifted..
