Inconsistent Answers from Customer Service at All Star

    So two months ago i got a $75.00 chip "loyalty Conus" The month after $15.00. So i emailed and asked them why it was lower and the answer i got was as follows

    "The Loyalty Bonus is for players who were unable to use any other bonus or coupon offers".

    Ok so for the last month I used NO COUPONS or BONUSES, i hardly every use them anyway. This monthly loyalty Bonus $15.00 so i emailed again. lets see the response this time.

    Anyone have a firm exact answer on this...

    Semantics, but maybe you got offered some interesting bonuses, and just didn't take 'm. Still consistent...

    Feel blessed I have deposited off and on across all Club World casinos and have only received a loyalty bonus one time for a whopping 15 dollars. And that was in a month I deposited almost 100 x that amount. At inetbet I get a bonus of about 10 % my deposits for the month. At Grande Vegas I get $200.00 a month as long as I deposit at least $50.00 throughout the month... VIP has perks I guess

    I can't remember that last time I got a "loyalty" bonus from CWC group.

    I have gotten "cash back" a couple times.


    I use to take their daily bonuses quite often before they raised the minimum deposit.

    That increase just put the wagering way out of reach IMO, unless I hit really big to start and if I did that, I wouldn't want wagering attached anyway.

    You got cash back? I think your lucky hahah. THey send me emails "it appears you deposited on a Wednesday" You are eligibile for cashback do u want me to check your account" So i tell them to go ahead, then they email me in a nasty way at least it appears nasty "The cashback is ONLY for customers who deposit on Wednesday you are not eligible for this bonus" I sent a very firm email to the customer service rep about their attitude on their and told them not to email me i was eligible for something unless im actually eligible. But its why i prefer to just email Karolina on here at least her responese are polite.

    Yes i am aware of this BUT, they also offer cashback at Buzzluck Casino as well during certain time periods and during promotional offers. They sent me ANOTHER email this morning saying i was eligible for cashback so i emailed again. this time they told me i have to wait for the promotional period to end which is at midnight then they will credit me with cashback.

    That said, does anyone know how to disable that stupid auto pop up that syas "you are low on funds and takes you to the deposit screen". Sorry but if i am losing at a casino i do not keep playing to lose more money i leave. That is the most annoying pop up. Been complaing about that pop up for some time.

    Update on this same problem. I waited until the end of that cashback period only to get another email saying "this promotion ended you are not eligible"
