All I see is this:

Also why has my reputation gotten so bad here?
Is this some kind of site where you get banned for expressing your opinion and/or telling the truth?
 
Because of your negative reputation you're in the "Less Than Zero" usergroup. My guess would be that that's got something to do with it.

Look around, obviously that's not the case. Petulant comments like this might explain your "Less Than Zero" status.

You can look in your user Control Panel (User CP), you'll be able to see what post the neg rep was left on and there is space that some use to leave a reason for leaving neg rep.

You UK folks must be in a different datacenter when it comes to Google's US site. You're not listed until the 2nd page (11th result) for the google.com search :(

Maybe it's the DoJ and google working together to 'push back' these warning sites from coming up #1 during a search so that we'll lose our money...lol

On his second link it came up in the #1 position when I just clicked his link up there...but the first one didn't...unless he was referring to it being on WOL as it comes up in the #1 position when you type in Lucky Ace Casino
 
Just want to update my situation. They have finally paid my winnings! They never replied my emails but got the money today. Thanks everyone for helping out!

I got a cheque today for $300 my orginal cash out was for $375.... took them 3 weeks to post it so others should keep harassing them.

Within 24 hours I got the email back that "we're paying you, but get lost". Well I got the cash a couple of days later. And rest assured LA (I know you are listening), your casino outfit, Cassava and that yellow backed spineless management team can do as you please into the future. I wish you all the success that you so richly deserve.

Well, clearly they do NOT want the authorities making a ruling on their conduct, so have paid you off rather than having to be TOLD to do so. They are certainly within their rights to tell you to "get lost", so long as they pay you what is due. This means they probably did not have a good enough case to void your winnings that would hold up before a proper investigation. They are already paying other players affected, so those who feel they are still being sidelined and believe they have done nothing wrong should consider the same tactic, but should bear in mind they will most certainly be told to "get lost" afterwards, and should avoid ALL Cassava sites, both now, and in the future.
With all the bad treatment they have received, they should not find this too difficult anyway.

Vinyl, I don't recall seeing any comment at all anywhere from 888.com, do you know if they have commented on this issue anywhere ?
 
I think the specifics of this situation make that rather unlikely, aside from the fact that they are (in)famous for never commenting publicly on anything no matter what.
