Okay experts, I have read posts about software, about screenshots about scanning; I've read a post where someone said they played BJ only when they knew the software inside and out.

I've now contributed 7 times to the wealth of CasinoOnNet, $50-$100. i only play BJ. Each time, I carefully write down what the dealer had and what I had. All I can tell the next time is, well, nothing really except that the dealer really can win 8 times in a row.

Having lost it each time, I still want to do it again. What do I not know that you all do know? Besides that I obviously have a gambling problem, I mean :)

    Thanks in advance,

    Summertime poorerX7

PS Please be kind, there may be a lot of us innocents out here and sometimes y'all are a hard lot. . .

CON used to have a good blackjack game, comparable to some of the best the other providers offer, and possibly even fair. They downgraded it to standard online mediocrity about a year ago. I believe they also kicked out Vahe, who was a good PR rep amongst other things. In short, I think CON got a little too big for their admittedly large boots. They wouldn't be my number one choice by any means. Plus, they spawned Reef Club, who were cheating players within their FIRST DAY of opening.

Its probably time to cut your losses there summertime in my opinion. If you can't have a winning session after 7 tries, then its probably not a good place for you. There are so many others available, so take the advice that the bj players here will offer and you'll probably be better off. Good luck!

You should also go to You must register/login in order to see the link. and check out his strategies. They help a good bit on deciding when to hit/double etc..

I totally agree with Caruso and JPM's comments here. In my opinion bar none the best blackjack on the net is currently at the Phoenician and you are able to cash out immediately. Just make sure to set a reasonable goal and cash out when you reach that goal.

    Dearest Y'all

Thank you for the comments. I kept going back to CON because I love the graphics, the guy's voice, the public tables, etc. I'll immediately look into the Phoenician (I have this idea that you can only bet $5.00 at the time - hope not). Also, mr. thug, if you do have a system and I were to win $1,000, I'd send you $400! And, though I've been faithful to basic strategy, i'm headed to the wizard of odds to see his system. Thanks again and I'll let you all know --

Wouln't you know it. Here I make a recommendation and The Phoenician's Cipher Strands turn worse than I've tracked in 52 sessions.

Unfortunately "summertime" I've got to say that this is probably not a good time at all to be signing up with the Phoenician. These trends are looking way too similar to those of a month ago.

It will be very interesting to see how long these "one and done" trends run and if they run the same way throughout all of the RTG licensees.

Stick to basic strategy if you want to limit your losses. Progressive systems are not a good idea.

Bethug, I thought you said you weren't selling your 'system', but now you're doing what many of us were concerned you'd do encourage newbies to use this system. Great if they win and can pay you. Will you cover Abby's losses while using the 'system'.

    Does the system work?

BTW, all those BJ systems: do they really work? I mean by using it do I have chanses to win and not just not to lose?

    Phoenician/Cipher's Help

Yikes! i just composed a long post, then went to find out where Cipher is from (CA) and came back to find my composition gone. Here's a short version: last night, went straight to the Phoenician, set up fun acct, felt great, decided to wait until today to try for real. This morning, checked the forum and there again is Cipher, helping more than he knows. First, your table: it makes me feel better because it looks so much like my CON tables where the casino wins eight in a row, five in a row, etc. Second, just to know that you're not always betting $50-$100 a hand, an assumption I'd made about the forum's frequent posters. Third, the table (HTML version worked on my computer) allowed me to see how someone else bets. Having read two BJ books, a solid betting strategy still eludes me. (I do have a question: there are times when you bet a large sum; is that when you have a feeling that you'll win two hands in a row?)Finally, I just appreciate your time. Perhaps I'll recover my initial $450 and if so, and I'm nuts enough to start again (evidence shows this could be the case), I'll enjoy sending you a more tangible thanks, say, a NC basketball tee shirt? If your team is Duke, we may have a problem . . .

    thanks again, Cipher -- Abby-in-the-Summertime!

While I'm no fan of the Phonecian advertising strategy in the wake of the PoC21 affair, I wouldn't worry too much about those results - the win / loss rate is quite reasonable. The big bets caused the problem - one won, five lost - but on a $1 to $200 spread that'll happen a lot. 16 units down over 91 hands (flat betting) isn't cause to hit the panic button. 1.4 SDs.

Very nice programme, Cipher - are you planning on a making it available to others? And if so, speaking as an I.T. illiterate, is it straightforward to run? The HTML version is very user friendly (I don't know how to open the other one). Does it record win /loss / push stats as opposed to just overall dollar amount? That would obviously be necessary as a statistical software evaluation tool. Of course, your interest may lie in other directions, but it would help to keep them honest knowing that a real, independent player was collecting data.

Actually Abby, North Carolina is just fine the Wolfpack that is. "Jimmy V" made me $58,000.00 when N. C. State took out Houston many years ago.

summertime, if you want to win and win more than a few dollars, dont flat bet.

summertime, try casino365 they pay in hours and own bye bet365, also try bodog and inetbetcasino. All three good casinos and they all pay in less than 24 hours. Why play at casino on net and wait a week to get paid. But casino on net black jack dont have mad swings like phoenican casino.

Phoenican casino is the only rtg casino that break my back in black jack

Hi Caruso; Yes we are currently rewriting CIPHER in .NET. My main emphasis with CIPHER was to make it extremely user friendly and we've kept that goal in mind with the .NET version as well. Yes CIPHER does record Win, Loss & Push stats in realtime and those stats can be reviewed in realtime at the click of a mouse. Thanks for the interest. Have a good one.
