    If you want to play at these Casinos the following examples are the level of service you can expect.

    Twice I contacted Everest because I had not received my Monthly bonus and all I got was silence.
    So I closed my account naturally.
    No big deal because I am a member at Imperial as well.
    Not played there for ages because I was getting slaughtered so I tried with a couple of small deposits and got slaughtered again.
    I emailed them asking for my stats win/loss on various slots this was the replay they sent.

    How long did you wait for the bonus before closing your account ?

    I even changed my email address.

    The biggest problem with this group is they have no live help or even contact numbers so when things do go wrong you can find it a very frustrating experience trying to get it sorted out.

    As KK says they have some good games and they pay in reasonable time so it is a shame they don't put more emphasis on CS.
    As long as you have no need to contact them you should be OK but the response I got should make people a little cautious before playing there.
    A Casino that can not or will not give you stats is not one to put a lot of trust in.
