Imperial Casino Won't Credit My Moneybookers Deposit

I'm a long time player, regular depositor at Imperial Casino.

On Christmas Eve I made a small deposit by Moneybookers that did not get credited to my account. This happens on occasion. I filled out the contact form on their website immediately as usual with the MB merchant reference number. Normally the deposit is credited within a day, but allowing for a delay due to the holidays, I gave an extra couple of days. Eventually they credited my account with a bonus that the deposit triggered, but the deposit was still missing. I have now sent numerous request for updates and PM'ed the rep here (who hasn't logged in for a week) with no result.

This should be a simple task as all they need to do is confirm with MB that they've been sent the funds, yet we're almost at the 2 week mark now. Anyone have a phone number/email address or alternative way to get in contact with their CS or a casino rep?
 
To be blatantly honest i've never heard of them, as far as contacts go KasinoKing seems to have plenty, try sending him a pm :).

But looks like their rep's profile has been deleted. He has been active here in the past, so not sure why.
 
If the bonus was triggered, then this is a casino problem, they have had the money, and their bonus systems have seen it go through. It has just not been reflected in your casino account. No movement after 2 weeks and no rep available means it is straight to PAB. Mention also that they have no active rep in the forum, which is a breach of the standards for accreditation.
 
Yeah, during the holiday break the rep informed me that he has left the building. I'm not sure if there is another. I'll check.

On the upside, this is a well established casino that has a history of always doing the right thing. The original flag ship casino is Casino Fantasy - that was one of the first casinos listed here in 1998.

I've never come across a casino where a deposit by MB/Skrill was not instantaneous.
Anyway, now on 4th attempt to install, and just begins then stalls, and dont even know if Canadians are allowed

I have no doubt I'll get my funds eventually, this is incompetence not maliciousness. Just wished they had a phone number or live chat so I could get into real time contact with someone. This web form support is not cutting it anymore. Now officially waiting two weeks.
