imperial casino doesn't pay - bogus claim - fraudster

    hi everybody.

    on october 2006 i cashed out 2300$ from imperial casino, (a member of the "grand-virtual" group) .
    although i sent them all the forms and documents they asked for i haven't recieved the money yet. after a while they remembered to ask my Neteller screenshot so i sent them and this is what they wrote me on the 8/4/07:

    "Dear Shirley,

    Thank you for your reply and for sending the NETeller screen shot.
    We apologize for not being able to reply to you sooner, however expect
    you to regain the ability to cashout again shortly. Thank you for
    your patience during this holiday weekend.

    Kind regards,
    Customer Care Team"

    i cashed out for the third time after i recieved this email and now, more than two weeks later they still haven't paied me.
    my last email remined unreplied.

    be careful with this group!

    hmm, I played LuxCasino, everest casino and glamour casino on april, I won some money (sth about 700$) and withdrawal requests was processed in less than 24 h and my MB account was founding in max. 3 days......

    I know for a fact that there have been some serious problems with Israeli players at the Grand Virtual group (massive fraud ring). Please PAB and I'll see what I can do.

    And just as I suspected, another Israeli fraudster.

    I will probably implement a NO ISRAELI PAB rule from now on. Most of the PABs from Israel are bogus.
