Immortal Romance... the worst win on a feature?

Actually, you won less than ONE times your bet:
You got $10.80 for hitting the 3 scatters before the free-spins even started. Those free-spins only added $3.42...!

As a matter of interest, which of the free-spin features did you pick?

Virtually ALL free-spin features on all slots have the potential to pay out ZERO (or very close to it). But similarly, most also have the potential to give you a very big win as well. That's a choice you have to make before you start playing.
You could go for a lower variance slot where the chances of good free-spins is better, or a slot with a picking bonus instead, or both.

A couple of MG slots have a "bonus win" added to every free-spin so that you never get £0. Can't think of all of them off the top of my head, but Cashanova is one for sure.

Try something like Glory of Rome - that's a nice low variance slot with a feature which combines free-spins with a "pick a win" - you would have to be mega-unlucky to get a < x10 win from the feature on that.
Or Gladiator which gives 100 free-spins (Don't be fooled by that though - it's still very low variance).

KK

I tried Gladiator, now that's definitely a low variance slot, my first line hit, I was like "this is sure to pay off" not so lol! I even went and checked the pay table only to find this game has absolutely no potential except for being an eyesore. I liked the free spins but with no real potential to win anything there's no rush in playing. The free games also cant be re triggered. I wouldn't mind sitting there for 200 spins and just killing time ;) Same goes for Glory of Rome... I do think these would be good games to boost a low deposit. Wouldn't touch them if i was up though. Actually are there any low variance games that have good graphics?...

Just tried Cashanova, whoever designed these games obviously didn't have the graphics in mind lol!

I've found my kind of games on there, I seem to like the following games and any variation: Monsters in the Closet, Sugar Mama, and Gold Factory. With Gold Factory probably being my favorite and then Monsters in the Closet running closely behind, i spend the most time on these games, what kind of volatility are these?

Awesome feature on Gold Factory, that game is just worth it's weight in gold, I'd be happy to continue loosing money playing that game, it's just so fun and when you get into the reactor bonus now that's awesome, and you can win upto 32 free spins on a two times multiplier (I've gotten that).

Got the feature on Old King Cole a few times, but it took tons and tons of spins to get the first feature. That was a fun feature as the win box kept on appearing, it's always nice to think you're winning when playing the slots lol.

Isn't there two Gladiator slots? One in MG that Mark is playing now, and one in Playtech that you are talking about D?
I have never played the MG one, but someone in the back of my head is saying that there is one.

Ya, if its the playtech one, it can pay quite well.
The mg one imo sucks ass, ive gotten the 100 free spins and its still paid crap

I didnt realize we were talking about a game different to Microgaming... I'm talking about the Microgaming one, yeah the game came up, and it wasn't very nice  Terrible graphics, bad pay, and boring free spins. I'll have to take a look at this Playtech one, what's a good Playtech casino?

That's awesome! How much were you betting?
About £1.50 per spin.
However, please note that on this slot (TR2) the value of the Global Bonus is determined (in some vague, undefined way) by your total average bets between getting the first passport and the last.
So you can actually vary your bets while playing it, and the bonus is NOT dependant on the cost of the spin when you actually get it.
I hope that makes sense!

for me 9/10 IR bonus games are 10xbet or less, thunderstruck 2 ones are better, id assume IR makes up its rtp through the much higher paying wild desires/wild storms and changed reel positioning (wilds/sarahs)

Yeah... I figured that to... until i started playing higher bets and that wild desire feature didn't come up once lol.

I'm still not quite over the shock of that terrible bonus  but after having that happen I've been playing at a different casino. Everything started going south when i upped my bets, Immortal Romance wasn't the only game I played on, but the feature irritated me enough for me to make a post.

I agree my FS wins have always been way better in TS2 then IR, but my biggest wins have been on IR,
3 times ive had 4 reels stacked on the wild desire feature, but im still to go past 2 stacked wilds on TS2 :)

How does the passport thing work? The game say's when the passport appears in the center reel? I get it on the center reel and nothing happens? confused me to no end :what:

You have to get a passport in the center of all reels, to trigger the bonus (Not at the same time).
When you get a passport on a reel, the thing on top of the reel will lite up, and when they're all lit up, you get the bonus.

Ohhhh thanks. I get it now

*awaits screenshot of a 1000+ spin passport bonus that pays 2x bet* :D

yeah it happens (to me at least)

God that's bad...

Well, I found out that my session on Immortal Romance at Jackpot City had a Return to Player percentage of 22%. That's the lowest percentage I've ever gotten on any game (and i should know i ask for these statistics after every session). Funny how that happens as soon as i raise my bet

Trying out a couple of different casinos. Looking to play Thunderstruck 2 next.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but.....

I dont know if its just me, but have the bonus rounds been worse than ever lately? Maybe my memory is just fading, but I remember the good old days when on a bad round you would get 10 x on a bonus round with Amber, but now it seems that a very good round is 10 x , and today i must have had at least a dozen bonuses but not one over 5 x........ or am i just imagining its getting worse?

cold for me for weeks so I feel for you/us.

Nothing untoward though, take a look at McGameboy's screenshots he posted yesterday. Granted he's lagging with his posts :p but shows the good shit still happens

Yes, saw the posts from McGameboy, and it brought back memories of the good old days........

nope it has changed in terms of play & bonuses , i think maybe people are not playing it too much im getting the same results as you but much higher stakes & far less bonuses , if i do happen to hit a few bonuses they've all paid crap not hitting even a 30x on troy , last good bonus was at trada for around £530 odd but that was at £4,20 stake. ive opened two new accounts this weekend to play I M both with big bonuses attached this was no help either , although once i dropped the stake down from £4,80 bang i hit a £600 wild desire on £1.50 stake you could not write it how pissed off i was.

Until recently I'd play this pretty much daily and the days of 'getting a Sarah Blitz' in Amber remain a memory - lots of x10 or less bonus results. I used to have a bit of optimism in going into Amber bonus on a a high stake but now i'm not surprised to see a scatter as the only win...

Did have a recent 4 reel WD - with 10, J and Q

It did help with recent wagering requirement but tbh it's been a bit cold for me over the last 6 months - 1 year.

Having said that, despite myself battering Bonanza, IR still is in the top 2/3 of my biggest 'X'

When the flash version goes and is replaced by the horrible HTML5/Mobile version I'll not play again and that'll be a sad day indeed given the amount of pickles that it go me out of in the past - and into...
