To mix things up, I decided to check out the new MG games at Grand Mondial...but I want to low-roll and take a bonus.

The problem is, I haven't gotten any mailings from them since February. Keep in mind they didn't even send me a Happy Birthday email (Feb 11th), but they did send me an email on Valentines day advertising their new games for January - but that's something for another story.

So anyways, I get onto live chat, and talk to someone named "Jeje." To sum it all up, I haven't gotten any emails from them since February. I'm told that's because I haven't played there since then. BIG DEAL. I get mail from Intertops all the time, but yet I don't deposit there a lot, either. You would think if someone wasn't depositing on a consistent basis, a casino would want to at least entice them to deposit, right? Apparently not in GM's case.

He also totally ignored my question about if I qualified for any bonuses on a deposit today, and seemed to want to get me off the chat line as soon as possible.

So, I'm off to Intertops to play. I guess it's a blessing in disguise that my Netspend card wouldn't work at GM tonight.

So, here's a big *GOOD BYE* to GM. You don't seem to be too interested in keeping me as a player, so I'm not too interested to spend money at your casino.

Didnt you know that it costs them a lot to send you an e-mail? You havent played there since February so its their deadly right not to send you anything. Ha! I am sure they will gladly flower you with bonuses if you decided to play in Sterling Pounds with your account since your winnings will be confiscated while losses will not be refunded for playing in the wrong currency.

Same thing happened to me at another casino. A fortune lounge casino. I have played over 1k in 2 days just started playing there. I always seem to deposit a lot of money when they have no bonuses going on. So i sent them an email to see if they have any loyalty bonuses going on and they said I did not qualify. But they said I could go to another one of their casinos and get involved in some bonus offering. Congrats to Villento. I did not play there for 6 months they reopened my account I played about 600.00 and called and asked if they had any bonuses. They credited my account with a 50.00 bouns and I won 1400.00 and was able to cash out. Guess fortune lounge doesn't care if they lose business.

Hi I think you dont need to receive an emails from Grand Mondial because of one reason. they have a bonus system in the casino lobby. When you are in , click on "B" and you will be directed to screen bonus and there you can see your promotion. look at this picture.

Right...I checked that as soon as I logged in, before I contacted live chat. The "Promotional offer" icon wasn't even there, and I told the CSR that as well. He said nothing of it, so it only confirms the fact that apparently I'm not worth their time to give a bonus to.

Recently, I'm more in it for the fun of playing instead of trying to hit it big, so I like to take a bonus to increase my BR to get more playing time. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but because of the Firepay fiasco, I can only play at a couple of MG casinos - Intertops and Grand Mondial.

King Neptunes closed my account right away, but I'm thinking that since Firepay is now defunct it might be worth approaching them again to see if they'll re-open my account.

I uninstalled all FL's casino's and took myself off of their mailing lists quite a few months back. I don't think that give one whit about retaining good customers. I had put over 1.5K in there in the course of about 6 months and feel it was the worst place I've ever played at regarding lack of bonus offers and the worst CS I've ever dealt with. Maybe they do treat the high rollers different.....but if that is so, well what does that say about them? I don't know the stats but I would bet that people like me are the bread and butter on their plates, but they don't seem to care to try to retain you and keep you. So.........adios fortune lounge, can't say that I've missed you.

When you don't see the icon "promotion offer", it's mean that they have no promotion or offer runing that day. That's the way they work. Iam playing there and I know well how it work at Grand mondial. Some times they have cash back offer of your deposit but not always. So Good Luck

The thing is, that button has always been there, even when there were no promotions available....it's just recently that they removed it altogether...

I guess the main point here is that they're definitely not bonus friendly, even for legitimate players, so I'll just take my business elsewhere....no biggie :)

edit: With the EZ Bonus system in place for MG casinos, why are they so against handing out bonuses?

Grandmondial

There is a forum that promotes contests and participation at grandmondial..I used to be a member there. When I discovered the 50 times playthru that was clearly displayed as a 30 times playthru on all promos at affiliated forum site and on their very own site. The support would not acknowledge the 30 times, even tho I sent a screenshot, saying it was a 30x, and completely dismissed it as irelevant. 50 times is totally outrageous! If that is the kind of tactics and deceptive methods they use, I knew I needed nothing more to do with grandmondial or the site that daily promoted them.
There are many casino and bingo sites on the internet, and while I do not think the majority of them are truly "player friendly" as a business and entertainment venue, there is no need to involve oneself with an openly deceptive and suspicious site.

Even though most of their games are of higher variance, I feel the only "player friendly" casinos consist of most all Rival's and 3Dice...their comps are somewhat competitive, and they always have some sort of bonus offered.

3Dice is in a class by itself when it comes to a deposit bonus. You can take your comp points and use them for a 20% no WR "bonus" on your next deposit, or if you reach a certain amount, you can claim them for cash without depositing. If you take the 20% bonus, each 20 points = $2 or if you claim them for cash, each 20 points = $1. Also, if you take the 20% bonus, there's no minimum amount you have to have in order to claim it - as long as you have over 20 points, that is :)
