Ok..I'm sorry. I should of known better than to come here for support. Since some of you are illinformed, here is the deal.
If i wanted to go after a casino that I have lost money at, I would have dozens to chose from, and I mean ALOT of money, but I won't and I haven't because I thought the gaming was fair.
I didn't tell starluck what to tell me, they just did. They said I "won" 97% of seventeen hundred dollars, I would of noticed that. To cover that mistake they ignored me for a long time and then they said I had a "payout" of 85.69%. Of course you know the two are VERY different if you bet 25 cents and your spin gives you back 10 cents, that is a payout. If you bet 25 cents and the spins gives out 5.00 that is a "win".
Starluck said they wanted to resolve the issue but kept stalling, finally on Aug 28th, I had THREE live transcripts with starluck agents, whom by that time could only open my file through manager Bill, that is when I was guarenteed my money assured I was getting it, itwas allready being proccessed back to my checking account, and YES it was true, because no-one at Starluck would lie to me. Well, they did again. Now why did they all say I was getting my money back, if they had not screwed up? They told me I was getting it, and then they must of figured out a way not to have too.
Now, if you got three different letters from your boss saying that you would be getting a guarenteed, for sure bonus next paycheck and you didn't, should I call you a poor loser if you complained?
I came here because I thought gamers would stick together and help eachother, I would help someone else. Casino's that screw people can only do it, because every just accepts it, and worst yet you put down the people that really have a complaint. So far dozens of you have read about this and not one has written bill@starluckcasino.com and told him to keep his PROMISE to "hossy".
That is why online gaming in the US has a chance of being banned, and now, why shouldn't I help sen Kyl. I thought being a member of a site meant some support, I was sadly mistaken, carp kisses and ripple dreams to you.......Terber

Uh, dude, you just explained it yourself. It's entirely possible to win 97% of the time but to only win 85% of what you put in. If the CSR said you 'won' 97% of your deposit you should've known, with 20 years gambling under your belt, that she most likely meant you won 97% of the time.

Hmmm, maybe to shut you up and get you out of their hair and off their phones? I don't even know you except through these few posts about this 'problem' you're having with SL and I'm annoyed with you.

No one with two brain cells to rub together is going to email a casino manager and tell them to do anything for a stranger. ESPECIALLY when we only have one side of the story, yours.

You'd assist someone in shutting down an entire industry just because you feel you got screwed by one entity of that industry? To quote Kyle from Southpark, "Dude, that's some f*ed up sh*t right there."

If you truly feel you've been screwed then pitch a bitch and let Meister handle it. If he feels the same I'm sure he'll do whatever he can for you.

I don't care if they wanted to get rid of me or not, it is against the law to make fruadulent statements, and if you are sick of me FINE, don't read my post and don't make judgments about people that you don't know. Starluck told me almost immediatly that they were going to make this right by me, so they must of done something wrong. Excellent Online casino's dropped them right away after reading my transcript, because they made fraudulent statements. The webmaster said "all casino's should honor their word. Now you can hate me....... fine, then leave me alone. the forum is to support and inform other players, not to put people down. what goes around comes around. Terber
 
Yes, thank you! Hussy *is* an appropriate moniker for me :) The definition of the word is a brazen, immoral, saucy or impudent girl. The etymology of which is traced back to the Middle English word houswif, meaning housewife. And while I wouldn't call myself immoral, I know of a few Fundies who would, so yeah, I fit the definition pretty much to a 't'. ;)

I never said I hated you or that I was sick of you, rather that I was annoyed by your petulant tone. Big difference.

And the wording you used led me to believe that they'd told you you'd had an 85% return on your deposit (whether or not that's the case).

Also, you haven't offered up any transcripts or records that back your story, that'd probably help. I don't know about anyone else here, but I won't take sides, and will indeed play a harsh devil's advocate, until I know the entire story from both ends, hence my 'judgmental' post.

And finally, I still believe that your sample is entirely too small to be representative of any alleged fraud or false advertising. I've played at several reputable, highly recommended casinos where I hit a wicked losing streak and lost everything before I even felt like I'd begun. It sucks, you betcher sweet ass it does, but it happens. Doesn't mean there's any fraud involved though.

casinomeister has a transcript, maybe he would be so kind as to post, and then you decided if I was told I was getting my money back or not. which is the point. Whether anyone thinks I deserve it or not. Starluck must of at one point because they told me I was getting three times over by three different people working with the manager. If I sound a little annoyed during the transcript it is because that morning I was call dislusional, and an addict, for which the casino could get me help. Terber
