I'm so sorry i play real vegas because all i wanted to do is win money and be happy.
I am so tried of chatting everyday and emailing them they all tell me the same thing whole on we had high volume of withdrawal it still begin process you will get your winnings as soon we get update from the accounting Dept I'll send in your request it been a month this what i hear everyday it mine lost I'll never see my winning and I'm thinking this was good but its not I'll go to a real casino to play if i win I know I'll get pay. Them online casnios i quest is all like that they get your money but if you win you're not going to get pay from them.
The money i did win i wanted to buy my grandbaby some clothes she 3 yr old. Monday I'll be chatting with them again just to hear the same mess again.

No payouts

Has anyone been able to withdrawl from Real Vegas Online? I've requesed 2 withdrawls at end of September, but both are still in limbo, not even being processed. The toll free number is always a recording and no return calls or emails from them. I filed a PAB here, but no word from that yet either. I fear I'm just SOL on this one. I should mention I'm in U.S. as well.

I play with real vegas too i been chatting with online support i made a withdrawal of the money i won they giving me a song and dance they tell me we waitting on update on my withdrawal now it a new system to pay everyone or they still processing i email real vegas online they never email you back something is going on.

As well as this, be as polite as you can, but make a "bloody nuisance of yourself" until they pay. Don't rely on seeing the money this year, but keep at it, and you may see something next year. Keep Google updated on the progress of your issue;) This is done by making sure you post regular updates. Try to avoid emotional outbursts in doing so, and make it clear you are not just going to give up and go away.
Many players have even managed to get Virtual group to pay up by continuing to be a thorn in their side for as long as it takes, even if this means YEARS (and it often does with Virtual group, so don't even THINK of playing there after ditching Curgam Malta casinos).

A complaint to CDS is "going through the motions", as even if they side with you, they have no power to make the casino pay. The only reason to do it is to further the cause of "making a bloody nuisance of yourself", and you can later make public a CDS decision in your favour that is being blatantly ignored by the casino, making even MORE of a nuisance of yourself.

Please do not play real vegas

:confused:Right now i feel so dumb i play online casnio real vegas i play and won done everything they ask me to do waitted patient and they just told so many lies to me from processing high payouts it begin send to my account waitting for updates from accounting dept they waitting for confirmation still waitting on updates all lies i was hoping so much to have a merry xmas to buy gifts for my grandkids now that gone because of real vegas keeping my winning so they can had them a good xmas if i don't get my winning i don't i even complaint to central dispute system i don't think they can help. That my sad story don't never play real vegas you will not get your winning.

This is not good news.

They gave me $200 + $35 and i cleared the 60 times WR on slots. Ended up with approx $1800.

I did have success with these guys in the past and was able to withdraw a huge win from Goldbeard so I was hoping this would be a nice gift from Santa.

I do make small deposits there once in a while so maybe they will honour the win.

I usually have their software installed and play in fun mode once in a while. Some of their games are great, my favorites are: Goldbeard, Loose Caboose, Sea Captain and Penguin Power.

this time I had a $10 bet on Goldbeard hit free spins and ended up with $3400 plus after retriggers etc. saddly no screencap

I'll update if I get paid.

There is only one reason I have them installed - Fun mode lets you play $1000 per spin on slots...actually $1250 on 25 liners. You ought to see some of the hits I've had on Mystic Dragon! LOL

Sorry some have to find out the hard way. You DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH THIS ROGUE. Back before I knew better I used to deposit there and had some really, unbelievable bad luck. I still think they have "reversed engineered" RTG software and run it from their own servers, where they can basically have more way with you than a corrupt Priest with an Alter Boy. ;)
