I tried Intercasino video poker for $100. I could never get into the site, and I never got any support, just a deaf ear. Here's the thing. They sent me reminders that they'd be gnawing my account at the rate of $2 per month, or whatever it is. I politely asked for my money back, and I got no satisfaction. Their neteller connection works just dandy when they accept my money, but the service was atrocious. They finally heeded my advice to stick their e-mails and ads in their ear. Of course, they've sold my name and address to tons of other folks, and the junk mail juggernaut rolls on unabated. If anybody can help, I'll be very grateful. Maybe I should even pay a helper's fee. If I'm $h!t out of luck, well, at least I got it off my chest.

Thanks,
Chris

I've emailed Ryan to see if we can't take care of this. Sorry you feel like you've been scrood.

Dear Chris,

I am very sorry to hear that you have had such an unpleasant experience at InterCasino and I would like to get more information from you on this please. To answer a few questions for the sake of the forum: The $2 charge is for players who have had the accounts dormant for more than 3 months. This is standard practice for majority of casinos and our players are always made aware that this will be happening.
Regarding your poor customer service, please could I ask you to email me your account details to ryanh@intercasino.com so I can look into this matter personally for you. If you still have any of your communication trail with our support team, this will be of great assistance to me too.
Once again, please accept my apologies and I trust that we will be able to resolve this matter for you shortly.
Kind regards
Ryan Hartley

What is the justification for this charge? There are plenty of casinos that do not have such a charge, for example, I completely forgot that I had some money at Ladbrokes casino, and the full amount was still there 1/2 year later.

Yes Ryan. It is not the majority of casinos that have this fee - in fact, it is quite the opposite - you are the only casino I know that does this, in fact.

I'm pretty sure it's only Wagerlogic casinos that do this. But I guess if you're Wagerlogic, nothing else matters :D

LOL my bank actually pays me to keep money with them, it's called a savings account. Looking forward to your post about the justification for this charge.

I think Captain Cooks did this to a friend of mine, too.
