The same old song, but let's try it again! Beginning to get pretty familiar to the song anyways, so no hurt in playing the old record another time! All casinoes uninstalled, and let's hope it's a go!

Had some luck the last days, however - as some saw, obviously I can't handle the "credits" on the screen, so after winning I can't seem to withdraw! Got my first 5 scatters on 3Dice last night on Tut, 1500. Was upto 1900 and blew it all on SS. This slot is dangerous, had 1 feature for 220 for those .

Then again, I could have withdrawn and made a good profit, just as with Dash the other day when I was upto $5200 after a $1500 deposit. When I can't seem to cash out - I might aswell not win at all, the agony is far less then!

I wish you all great luck in 2008 - and let's hope I do not return!
I am doing a few "quirks" now with my company, my accounts and such, so that I will not have the oppurtunity to waste all the money! After all, it's hard work money I throw out the window!

Let's hope next time I write in this forum it's because I saved myself some money and bought that 55 inch plasma screen I always wanted!

Have a good one people!

Good luck with your self-discipline kimss - it takes real willpower to put the brakes on when you realise a pastime is not working out well for you.

all the best to you kimss! remember, you don't have to be playing to "hang around" here. :D this is a great site to participate in whether you play a little, a lot, or not at all.

by the way, with all the money you'll be saving, i expect to hear from you soon about a 55" plasma....for each room....delivered in your new truck!

all the best kimss!

I wish you well kimss and hope you come back to post. It's a hard thing you are doing and I stand up and applaud you! I play 75% less these days and go a week or more sometimes without even thinking about it. I never go to the winning screenshots here either, as that just always added fuel to my gambling fire.
Good luck and enjoy that 55" plasma! :)

KIMSS - fantastic choice. I know excatly what you mean. I feel the same and I also can`t handle winnings....that is why I don`t reload my creditcard anymore.
55" Plasmascreen - boy oh boy nice stuff.
And, if I ever see you gambling online - I will go tell everyone:D

Good Luck to you!!!!

I also wish you the very best in sticking to your decision.
Out of control gambling is no fun & no entertainment, which is all it is supposed to be.

I sincerely hope you do stick around the forum though as your input has always been very incisive, informative and useful.

Take care.

Is that you in the avatar?:D:D Seems you have steely determination to quit and that's great. I just dont have that. Meanwhile, I have a hunch you should get that 55" plasma of yours by Easter. Send us a winner's screenshot (oops) of it.

Good decision.

And good luck in the future! Do not fall into the slot trap again - you should know better!

Thanks for you help in cracking the MG reels and the reel statistics. It was a major discovery that the oldest 5-reel MG slots are weighted, though it was a shocking result. It also proved the newest MG slots indeed are fair (non-weighted) - though I know you doubt your own results :)

Finding a new hobby will help getting away from the gambling. If you just walk around and really have nothing to do in the many hours you wasted on gambling before, it is easy to fall back into the old habits.

I'll miss your craziness Kimss!:) You have to do what's good for you though! I figured you were either a multi-millionaire or a train-wreck waiting to happen.
If you didn't ban yourself from the forum, then please come by and say hello when you can.

Good luck kimss,

It can be tough pulling yourself away from the reels, they can be so damn addictive.

Sometimes the best way to get away is to change one habit for another to take your mind off things.

Heres one

Its my destination when I go on SuperTilt:)

Good luck kimss  Don't sit too close to the screen...and can I recommend LCD over plama? They are way more eco-friendly!

lol

If you're really gambling addict - you'll be back. I'm sure.

The man deserves some respect and understanding.... and kicking the habit might take a few tries, but that remark above is just totally uncalled for. (not your post Kakata):)
Right on Tim5ny
It's what we call Respect but we all know in ever pile of good &^%$ we have a stinkie one in the pile.

i really do applaude k for the guts to stand up to a bad habit and say no more,i know because i battled one for 30 years, from the age of 15 to 30 when my son was born...and don't be so hard on slot monster i don't think he really meant anything evil with his statement but i gotta say that if ever there was someone who needed to quit and then came back anyway my vote would have to be for k, going off his earlier osts this past month he seems to be a glutton for punishment, once again i know because i lived it

I gre up a gambler from my preteens. I make more money at shool than id did when I got a job. Date one night, I had plenty of money, meeting a girl outside a club, fruit machines next to it. I left with 70p, then met her. Im probably only 15/16. I carried it on, even foulnd chinese clubs in alabama. Nvere met one there, but when I went to the clubs I was the only white guy.

What stopped me gambling was poker. My dad, a degenerate gambler always told me, " if you are going to bet on anything, bet on yourself" He was right, it took my gambling instinct away. I still bet and lose, but I have learned to walk away

Kimss will do well in any pursuit in life other than trying to be luckier than static math. Look at the new avatar! Fit and trim, determined... just one little screw loose, the same screw we 'all' have loose.

He might play again slotsmonster (yeah, don't slag the guy in the funny sweater he's a sharp fellow too :p) but if Kimss gambles again it will probably be to coach someone on bonus use, otherwise he'd be a fool to try. He's had that one good kaching, just like a heroin junker... but maybe he could, be the one in a million.

I'm just glad he took some mastery instead of deciding to continue getting flogged by the house edge (whatever that is).

Good on ya Kimss!!! And if ya come back, come back wiser and no worse for the wear. As much as your brilliant mind and passion could contribute to the gambling community - I'd prefer you be happy and in control of the little bit destiny that any of us can claim. If you are free, be free!!
