The turn call is horrendous but hey, if you know you're gonna hit the river... and please move up to the $10 or even $20 donk n' go's, they play exactly the same as the $5 ones.

yeah.....i know that was a bad call. Not a play I would normally do. It was the 1st hand of the sitngo which usually favors tighter play. I think the Keystone Light made me do it. And after that hand everyone at the table was convinced of my donkeyhood so I did win the sng.

I thought the $10 ones would play a little better, but I probably should give those a go. I've only recently gotten good enough to win at NL Holdem. I used to only win playing omaha (not hi/lo).

Congrats on the win. You really should try out the $10 sng's mainly because:

A 6% ROI makes you a break-even player in the 5s assuming the vig is $1/tourney. Recreational play is fun but being +/-0 after a week/month/year would feel like extreme grinding IMO.

The omaha sng's(I play/played a lot of these) is highly profitable even with just basic knowledge of the game. This goes for all $5, $10, $20, heck even the $50 sng's/multi-sng's.

I usually nead a strong read before committing my whole stack with TP2K but this is fine.
