Signed on and then read the T&C's before depositing. All the restricted games are the ones I normally play. Also do not like the wage requirements. Awesome promo but not for me. OK Rafael. Perhaps I will but would certainly not accept a bonus. I believe your WR is 30x bonus + deposit which = 60x. I will reopen my account and give you guys a try without a bonus but it will take 7 days for them to reopen it for me.

I didn't actually see all this until I was ready to deposit. Couldn't believe how bad this was. 60x wagering. More restrictions on slots then not. @rafael -- I mean this very respectfully but Betat and LeoVegas have the most fair bonus terms. But, perhaps you do not want to offer bonuses. 60x wagering and restrictions like these are a set up for failure. I don't need any help in that area by the way.

OK so I said I would give your casino a try. Already disappointed. I tried to reactive my account (after the 7 day cool off period) and your chat people are not authorized to do that. They need a manager to do that and there will not be anyone there until tomorrow morning. This was just after 5PM your time. No manager available after 5PM???? The girl I spoke to was very helfpul and tried her best. She said she would send messages out and that my account would be activated within a couple of hours. Sorry. But, when I want to play I want to play so my deposit went elsewhere. Every other casino I play at can activate my account within minutes. You need to give your support staff more authority for a simple opening up of an account if it wasn't because of gambling issues.

Today is the first time I almost swore at a chat agent. It is just not my style but some of these people have no comprehension of what you are telling them. So far Rafael my experience has been dreadful (and it's not even Monday yet). I am almost bust so decided to look into the welcome bonus.
