I am currently waiting for a withdrawal via bitcoin from Ignition Casino for the last 3-days.

On their website and in the withdrawal request email it states, "Your withdrawal will be reviewed in approximately 48 hours."

And in the website's FAQ section about withdrawals it states, "Withdrawal requests can take up to 48 hours to process – as long as all preauthorized or pending deposits to your Ignition Casino account have settled. "

But when I live chatted just now with a Ignition Casino rep, I was referred to Section 4.8 in their Terms of Use:

4.8. The withdrawal of winnings is subject to Ignitioncasino.eu’s verification procedures. This can include but is not limited to providing proof of address and government-issued identification. If we are satisfied that you have complied with the Terms, all Anti Money Laundering and fraud-screening requirements, and all rules relating to the Games and any related bonuses, the payout shall be made to you. The manner in which the withdrawal is processed may be restricted, depending on the means by which the initial deposit(s) was/were made to the applicable Account. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to conclude your withdrawal request by an alternative method or process at our discretion. If, for whatever reason, a payout request cannot be approved, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

Is this something to be concerned about?

And any experience with Ignition Casino would be greatly appreciated....thank you.

Never had an issue with them, Is this your first withdrawal?

Yes it is and they are giving me the runaround.....they cannot tell me when to expect the withdrawal to come. They have to many bitcoin withdrawals so there is a slight delay, it when I️ ask how slight they say no time frame is given.

This feels awfully odd, as casinos usually want to keep new players I have never seen this with bitcoin payouts except maybe two to three times and it is usually by one day.

Ignition is real popular for its poker. If you want some more info (and this is what I checked out before I started there) go to 2plus2 poker forums. They have a big thread about bitcoin payouts there. They basically bought bodog's poker software, so a big player base. Check that forum out though, you'll find much more info on this particular site because its related to US players who play poker.

When I called again the supervisor apologized and i had my payout within 5 minutes.....it was AWESOME!!!!

Ignition is legit!!!!!!!! For sure!!!!

It might have just been them doing security checks on you as it was a first withdrawal.. They state 48 hrs for bitcoin withdrawal but ive never waited that long.. Pretty solid site.

Just saw this thread. Would be nice if the OP updated the outcome of their withdrawal. Hope it worked out well. But I am sure it did. It typically does with them, they are solid.

To add to the record, I have been tracking the payouts there for over a year now (write a report on the payout speeds of offshore sites every month). Ignition has always been one of the top performers with regard to payout speeds.

To give some perspective, last month they averaged 1.54 days for bitcoin payouts. That was the worst month on record in the last 6 months when it reached a high of 1.9 days avg. In the last year it has been as low as 0.69 days avg.

And lastly, it is not uncommon for one's first withdrawal to take longer. It is exactly as Inspin suggested above when they said that security checks on the new account are probably the delay. That is a thing. And it is meant to protect us all with a bit of extra scrutiny.

it's a legit site. I think they are related to Bovada. I do a lot of sports betting on Bovada and always get paid in about 24 hours.

Bovada left the poker business about 1.5-2 years ago. They sold their poker assets to Ignition Casino. Then, right before the 1 year anniversary of them leaving the market, Bovada opened a poker room back up haha. Good times. But yes, they are definitely related.
