I had a problem with my new Dell laptop. All rtg casinos and some other software also complained about vbscript errors. After a lot of googling I have found the solution. Some of the new laptops and pcs come with mcafee pre-installed (dell for instance). Even if you remove that software and replace it with another antivirus software, you might run into this vbscript issue. It seems that the cleanup is not proper after uninstallation. It turned out that mcafee has a solution for this. The below link is not a virus, do not worry, you only need to use this if you have error messages about vbscript when running rtg software AND you had at some point the mcafee installed.
I hope this helps some people had/having the same problem like me.
I am writing this because it took a while for even dell support to find the solution, and also it could be helpful to rtg casino support people.

edit:
Another symptom for the vbscript problem can be if you can not see the default windows gadgets properly. My wife struggled a lot with the nice widgets, and those did not appear. My main motivation for solving the problem was the gadget issue. After fixed, I could see not less than 7 instances of the calendar gadget on the desktop :)

Thanks, didn't realize I once had McAffee but it was still there after upgrading from Vista to windows 7. Seems to have fixed the scripting errors though I still can't get Microgaming live support on my windows 7 comp, thought that might be cured by this as well.

I am glad it helped for the scripting problem. Every once in a while I also had the live chat problem, but I do not have a verified solution for that. The only thing I remember to sometimes help on that one is setting back the default browser to IE when I wanted to live chat. But it was not a solution that always worked.
