truth be told I really wasn't expecting anything from GUTS seeing as they've fogotten or skipped my birthday and Xmas 3 years running ad it isn't Ben salad days where i got a generous bday chip and $250 Xmas pressie...but seeing as I play there faithfully every month for years and pretty much only there i thought maybe even a form letter to my inbox

yes they are generous in many ways and good in casino csr but you still feel hopeful cone birthdays and Christmas.
I'd reach out to the rep..but really is there any point basing off 2017 activity?
