So I received a letter through the post today from Casino Rewards relating to my Casino Action account.
I open and scratch the bonus panel. £25 free play and a 150% match bonus.
Very nice I think, I will play the £25 now (expected to last a few minutes) and enjoy the match bonus this evening.
I log into my account to redeem the £25 only to be told that I am currently bonus banned!!!
So they send out bonuses and freebees that cant be redeemed.
I then spoke with Ditte on live chat and I was told that if I dont want to play there then I dont have to.
Great customer services and a great way to keep a customer dont you think?
This group is a farce, I have had accounts at a good few of the group casinos in the past yet most are closed.
I still get marketing emails from CR offering sign up deals with member casinos, how can this be when I am already on the system even if the accounts are closed.
Rogue behaviour I feel to pressure people into making more deposits to claim rewards that THEY offer, I did not ask.
For those interested, I made one £50 sign up deposit which I lost, a few weeks ago Casino Action called me from a withheld number, I dont normally answer these but did as I was expecting a Waitrose (Supermarket) delivery. The guy said we would like to refund your first deposit as a bonus.
Great at the time for a little play. I finished the wager at £600+ but through stupidity I did not cash out (£4.20 spins soon wiped the balance out)
So I have had nothing in terms of cash out from Casino Action yet I am still seen as a bonus abuser even though they were both offered to me, I DID NOT ask for either bonus.
