Casino Complaint ID verification needs FOURTEEN DAYS?

I wont mention the casino yet but I opened an account at a casino. I deposited instantly and then play. I logged in the next day and my account is closed. I check email and they are waiting docs. No prob. Send them straight away.

I have received an email saying due to a backlog,it will take UPTO FOURTEEN DAYS to verify. I had the same with Ladbrokes, phoned them when I had sent them and done there and then. VC Bet, took about 2 hours.

SURELY it does not take 2 weeks. They say it might not take this long, but upon checking forums, it does. SURELY this is no good. It just doesnt take that long, back log or not. Get extra staff in?

This is hardly going to inspire confidence. They are going to be equally "busy" when it comes to processing your withdrawals. Most businesses make sure they have the minimum of delays on INCOMING money, and usually staff such departments better than those managing OUTGOING money.

You could send them an email that if they take so long to verify you for INCOMING money, you think things might be even WORSE when it comes to you making a withdrawal, and that you have now found another casino to play at which is so efficient they have verified your docs within hours - then ignore them for 28 days:D
