This is the second week in a row that they are "having problems" with bonuses! Also their cash back is delayed.
I posted last week a bit about it in someone elses thread, I deposit there almost daily, I am only loyal to them, I don't play anywhere else anymore.
Who really wants to wait 12-24 hours to play??? Usually a bonus goes through in less than an hour, but the last 2-3 weeks have been terrible. They won't do anything to compensate their players (other casinos I have played at were loyal right back to their loyal players, but not The Gaming Club)
When I used to play at certain Playtech casinos, they would apologize and add in money to my account, and it was quite a nice sum, sometimes more then I even deposited. (I miss playtech!!!)
I love The Gaming Club, it is a great casino, but I think they need to work on their customer service, and don't get me started on their 2 day wait for a reply to an email.
