I wish The Gaming Club would get their act together

    This is the second week in a row that they are "having problems" with bonuses! Also their cash back is delayed.

    I posted last week a bit about it in someone elses thread, I deposit there almost daily, I am only loyal to them, I don't play anywhere else anymore.

    Who really wants to wait 12-24 hours to play??? Usually a bonus goes through in less than an hour, but the last 2-3 weeks have been terrible. They won't do anything to compensate their players (other casinos I have played at were loyal right back to their loyal players, but not The Gaming Club)

    When I used to play at certain Playtech casinos, they would apologize and add in money to my account, and it was quite a nice sum, sometimes more then I even deposited. (I miss playtech!!!)

    I love The Gaming Club, it is a great casino, but I think they need to work on their customer service, and don't get me started on their 2 day wait for a reply to an email.

    Is anyone else having this problem with them?

    Yup same problem but I dont complain I love getting the weekly match personally.. With lots of side bonuses too..
    Never had a complaint about them! :thumbsup:

    Nothing wrong with the casinos, but the CS is just SO BAD at times, and mostly automated, and often wrong.

    I had a "bug" with the RiverBelle UK only monthly bonus, and not one SINGLE Homosapien dealt with it, all I seemed to get was RoboSapien!

    yes, I agree with you. I've been anticipating their monthly cash back bonus for 8 days now. When I e-mailed them to ask where it was, I was e-mailed back informing me of the delay. I'm sure they would be upset if we delayed our deposits! I love The Gaming Club though. Also Lucky Nugget and Riverbelle. All the Bellerock group are good, but this stuff is just disappointing.

    Finally got the bonus after about 10 hours of waiting...and low and behold as soon as I make the playthrough I had about 2 bucks left.

    I have never been able to log on to my account with The Gaming Club. My account was from 2003 and I had to have my password reset.

    It doesn't work and I guess they finally locked my account. Quite honestly I don't wish to bother with a phone call.

    Would it be worth it to play there? I feel way too lazy to make much effort right now. :lolup:

    Nope, it's not worth playing there, after this post I am taking their software off my computer. I deposit almost everyday and had ONE withdrawl for a measly 500 bucks, in about a year. (at the beginning I wasn't playing as much as I have been the past few months) I was playing at a playtech which was very good to me, but now I can't play there anymore :mad:

    Bye bye Gaming Club, my money will now be going to another casino, hopefully one better then them!

    Weekly match bonuses are no good for me, as soon as I make the playthrough (if I get that lucky) I have only a few dollars left.


    Nah, the casinos aren't rigged. (of course people don't like to hear this) It's a machine!!! You can program it however you want.
