Well, good for you! It's a hard choice since you have to admit for yourself that you do not win! Be sure to accept your losses, they are far gone and will never come back, lost is lost. But tomorrow comes another day, and things will be better most likely - atleast there is a good chance of it,

I do have a personal recommodation for you - being a fellow gambling addict! Do not come back here on a daily basis, the fact I did so only makes me start gambling again, however low now! Seing the threads here will make you itch in you gambling fingers - thrust me - it takes one to know one!

The best thing you can do is to not come back here - atleast not until some time has passed and you are "ready" for it.

What you could do - just to have some excitement in you - is place a lotto coupon, since this is only played once a week (atleast here in Norway) you will not get that same gambling feeling - however you still have that slim chance in winning!

In 2004 I crashed and burned in a big way because of stress and anxiety. I experience a psychosomatic stroke which found me laid up in hospital for 7 weeks, some loss of memory and some other nice little additions.

If your like me...I get frustrated which turns into being angry, most times at myself for being an idiot, which develops into stress and that gives me chest pains. The key is to learn to relax and not get bent out of shape.

Though that's easier said than done sometimes.

Just try to take things slowly. If someone or something p#sses you it's better to just walk away.

Believe me your health, well being and sanity is worth far more than pride or ego

Trezz, I am now in a similar situation. I am a software developer in banking and service industry. As the team leader of a 100M project, I worked 7 days a week and 9 - 12 hours a day to push the limit. Now I have full body skin problem and laterly chest pain. I am a slot addict and when I was tired, The only thing cheer me up is to play 3 - 4 hours and have some drink and smoke.

Every morning, I wake up, I feel depressed, feel nervious. I have to lead a 10 people team, as laterly, the business situation is tough, the upper management bitch alot. They want extra things done with cut cost.

I have to say, playing online used to bring me a lot of joy, but now the joy has gone. laterly, you guys can see I bitch alot about MG, it is only because, I could not get joy which support my work going on.

I was in deep stress and depress, I need some serious advice on how can I find sth to cheer me up abit.

oyw7862, stay away from the pokies at the pubs, clubs and RSLs in Sydney, they're alot worse than any online casino.

5 Dragons is a great game, but the payouts are attrocious....

Im not far behind you pal. I have hit a few nice cashouts past month or so but i seem to find myself feeling more so bored then having fun. Once that funs gone its over. Im at that point didnt matter if i had a cashout was the fun of it but dead spin after dead spin hour after hour is rock bottom for me. My work at the moment has consumed more of my life then I ever thought it would. With that frustration i had turned to playing on line as it was easier to sit at home and hit the casino then drive hours to play a land one. But the funs gone and even with the new games they add to me they are no different then the old ones.
