Hi friends, I want your help. My wife loves playing poker but she is not able to go out with friends, as she is on a bed rest. Is there any online site where she can play without any risk and is purely safe? I tried searching on net but couldnt find any reliable link. Ill appreciate if you could help. Thanks in advance.

good poker site

i highly recommend party poker. they have lots of bonus and i haven't experience any hassle in their transactions. there are a lot of low limit tables and the cards seem fair. :)

No risk? If you are asking for a no pay to play site then try msn games, www.zone.com I think. I play a few hand here and there and then get all fired up and play for real.........and get my clock cleaned. LOL It is fun though and a good way to waste some time.

If by no-risk, you mean play money, just about every site has a play money area for players to use.

Some good play money sites are www.pokerroom.com (lots of free tournaments) and www.partypoker.com (lots of players). I don't recommend msn or yahoo poker because people don't play anything resembling real poker there.

If you are interested in playing for ultra small stakes, both www.ultimatebet.com and www.pacificpoker.com have rooms where you can play for stakes as low as .01/.02 on ub and .05/.10 on pacific poker.

All of the prima poker rooms are safe and have play money tables as well. Prima poker rooms are all offshoots of the Microgaming casino of the same name, like 7sultans poker belongs to 7sultans casino. So just pick one of those and sign up (no point in signing up in more than 1 prima site, since they all are part of the same big poker room and you can only get a signup bonus in one of them).

Another one that would be good is JetSet Poker. Most of the people who play there are very friendly and they also have tables as low as 1 cent.

Even stranger - no-one mentioned the best poker room on the net!

I don't know why any of you guys bother with the second rate software of most poker sites mentioned in this forum! There's only one that really 'does it' for me - True Poker! (www.truepoker.com)
I believe I'm right in saying this is the only room on the net where you get 3D graphics viewed from the perspective of your character's eyes. You can choose which character to be. You move & talk, pick up & put down your cards, groan & cheer, laugh & congratulate good hands! It's awesome! :notworthy (In my humble opinion!)

I kid you not - this really is the most fun you can have with your clothes on!!! :D

Don't settle for second rate crap!

True?????? Hmmm........

1. Slowest graphical poker room I ever played at.
2. Crashed constantly.
3. Can only play one table.
4. Virtually no games.

I didnt even stay long enough to clear bonus I hated it so much, why in the world would a poker room only let you play 1 table? This could be worst idea ever. Pacific suffers from same poor thought process.

If the comment was no risk as in money safe the big 4 of course are stable as could be, Party, Stars, UB and Paradise, If you want something play money to keep you entertained Absolute has endless play money tables and has a million play chip club where you win $50, or at least they used to.

Well it appears from posts in other forums True as of today now allows up to 4 tables at once, this same update eliminated disconnect all ins for PL and NL games, something that should be standard for all rooms in my opinion.

About time for Party to do that. I got the ole pull the cord treatment the other day in a big NL pot. He drew out on me and didn't have to call my bet.

Yes it is ridiculous Party has not awakened to see the light. I've emailed them over several cheats and sometimes they tell me this specific player has lost all in protection for abuse but it needs to be system wide. If your connection is so bad you need this then maybe you should not be playing $200 NL on the net right? The abuse far outweighs the legit disconnects in my opinion, they finally took them out of the tournaments.

People still try it in tournaments though. Which personally I enjoy, since I immediately raise them and they are force-folded.

I don't like the sites that allow multiple table play though, people take WAY too long to make decisions sometimes as it is, let alone when they play more than one table.
