I have been a loyal depositor at iNetbet for over two years... But as of late, I have been having issues with the CRS;s there. Then today, after waiting all weekend for a response to a technical problem, I got a nasty email from one of their CSR;s... He was not responding to help, he was responding to insult me...
I wont post the emails here, but suffice to say, I have a lot of patience and deposit roughly $200 a month there...
I have never cashed out once, in fact, all my stats there tell me they are illegitimate, but the assurances from respected friends and forums like this have kept me faithful...
But when I have to wait three days for a response for tech help, and the response is a bitching CSR, not the tech help I need, its over, and I hope others who see that something has fundamentally changed at inetbet will follow suit...
BTW, below is a SS of the error I am getting with inetbet... I am getting it at doyles room casino too, any suggestions since CSRBitchnMoan wouldn't help...

well cant help you there as i cant even download it that far :) ever since i bought a new puter with windows 7 i cant download Inetbet ? only casino i have that prob with always get an error that says im missing this file

Did you remove the old inetbet from your computer(uninstall) and then download it all again. Usually works for me

I will forward it...

I'm not saying re-open your account, but perhaps you could contact the rep here and forward on the email.

Perhaps it will help them improve support for their remaining customers.

U know whats tell tale, the past three emails from them have not included a signature, it could just be a pissed off CSR.,,,

I have internet Explorer 6 and won't upgrade to 7 as it always messes up the function of my computer. What I have done is downloaded Firefox browser, so if one browser is giving me grief, I will use the other.

I'm not saying iNet is always rude but has anyone ever seen an iNet CSR be overly friendly?

iNetBet turns McAfee RED

I've been looking around for that 'one special RTG' place to play, so I've been researching all day...from here of course. I just clicked on all the accredited RTG places listed here, and when I went to iNet, Big Mac tried to have a stroke on me. Turned RED...warning,warning...get the hell outta this website (or something to that nature). Got to say I was more than a little surprised.

I never have a problem downloading ANY brand of casino EXCEPT Vegas Technology. RTG downloads great for me. I have more darn problems with the Vegas Tech stuff...All the Time. JUST Vegas tech. casinos. Can't figure it out.

Course now...I have (I'm so embarassed:oops: Windows ugggg VISTA. Vista does not play well with others. It is a problem child. It's a hateful, hateful system and if I ever get rich I'm going to rip it out by it's cold cold heart and replace it with...I dunno...Windows 96!? LOL

Anyway...anyone else have their security go RED when you try to go to iNet?

All RTG casinos are flagged by AV programs

problems downloading games

Are you having problems with all games or a few games loading.

This has happened to me at Slotmadness. I could never get the new games to download but the rest were fine.

They were never able to resolve the issue and the tech support never got back to me as I requested.

So don't play there anymore.

If it is all games. Besure you search your files for Inetbet files and delete them. Restart your computer.

Then, make sure you shut down your virus protection and firewall programs, add inetbet to your safe list(website and cookies) and try it again.

After it is downloaded see if it works. Don't forget to turn protection back on.

This procedure has worked for me in the past.

I had a similar problem a few years back and the support and RTG techs were very helpfull- however this was a few years ago.

Inet was always my favourite rtg and anyone who "knows" me from WOL days would recall I usually leapt to their defence. The CS standards however have gone down - while James and Emily will usually give a polite response- One of the reps there is downright terse and some have given out incorrect information.

This may be the rep that the Op dealt with and if so i can understand his feelings.

Most are good but all CS are the face of the casino so one grouch can have undue impact/ To be frank after my experience with this person I seriously considered whether Inet would remain my casino of choice.

There are so many threads concerning InetBet and their Rude responses to players. I have always wanted to play there, but this is the main reason they do not even feature in my mind when considering to try a new RTG... Live CS would help when you are having 'Technical Issues', but alas, the probability of that happening is like InetBet starting an MG Casino tomorrow...

IMHO - I have NOTHING against Inetbet, but from what i have read they FAIL Horribly in:

1. Manners
2. Casino Support

Not my Cuppa Tea.

Nate

i couldnt agree with you more nate.
i gave up on them mainly becasue of rudeness on emails and also no live chat . but i praise them for promptness and fast payout. but to me that does nt matter as much as customer service . as any bussiness out there customers is what makes you or break you , why wouldnt you want to make sure they are number 1?

To clarify- generally the support is good, prompt and polite- there are however a few CS's of late who are not- I certainly wouldn't go so far as to draw the conclusion that they fail horribly= You can also see many positive threads on Inet.

I just feel as a long time player they have dropped the ball a bit. Still better than many casinos out there

I find this sad as not only did Inet have fastest payouts but also excellent overalll support. I do note that my encounter with this person was while Emily was away so maybe the inmates were running the prison :D

I do not doubt that InetBet are fast with payouts....

Most of the threads on Inet Stem from the lack of Live Chat, Rude Reps and Their Bonus T&C's.... Whilst everything may not be their fault it has stuck in my mind that they refuse to acknowledge the need for Live Chat and also, after having several complaints of 'Rude' staff, the complaints continually come in...

You would have thought that after a few people complained, they would do something to teach ther staff manners....

closed acct

Thats just the thing... They are dropping the ball and they dont seem to care...The CSR in question was taking 10 to 30 minutes to answer my emails, so that an exchange of 4 queries by me took almost an hour and a half before I had his 4th response... But after the email that sent me past the point of reconciliation, the email where I asked him to close the acct, he responded in seconds... Followed by another one...

Your account is closed, refrain from sending further emails.

My point is... I would expect most casinos to attempt to make amends, not permanently burn the bridge...

Hi All,

I have checked into this particular case and as always there are two sides to a story. 3mptyseat sent us a mail yesterday as follows: The subject was simply "ur CSR are ignoring me" and and the content was just: "I have been sending them this error for days, Idk whats wrong with them, but ur service has been s### recently".

The CRS looked into this for them and send back a reply saying that no other emails had been received and this was the first they had seen. They said there was no need for insults and asked the player to clearly elaborate on the problem so they could assist.

A couple of emails were received in reply which stated that the CSR was lying, that the player wanted their account closed and that we were thieves.
They also stated "I cant wait to post this all over the forums".

Their account was thus closed as per their request.

I am afraid sometimes there is no rational explanation for peoples responses. This is one such case. I am unsure if the player has some ulterior motive here. However if they had simply been civil and listed their issue as clearly as possible then I am sure the rep would have done their best to assist.

As some of the other posts here attest problems with games can be caused any number of things. It may be ISP issues, firewalls, antivirus software etc and can be difficult to pin down the exact cause.

Best Regards

It's easy to put the blame on the customer. You infact have a very rude CSR named Allen. This problem between the OP and Inetbet was due to the fact. Inetbet doesn't have live support. Either via phone or live chat. No one should have to wait to get help. Imagine 911 moving to an email based system ONLY! Inetbet you are part of the blame also. If the OP was upset he/she had every good reason to be. And to top it off. You said only 1 email out of 4 was received. Shouldn't that tell you something about your support system? I dunno about others. But I would close my account and avoid Inetbet too. There are simply too many other RTG to chose from. A small manager cashback every month is hardly a reason to stay. There are other RTG that gives you 10% or 20% cashback also well. And you don't have to wait until next month.

And in a week or 2 this will drop off the radar again.

A few people will chime in and say "well they pay out in a timely way so I don't care about livechat".
OK great, until you have an issue that you don't want to drag out for a week (or longer).
I honestly just don't get it.
The main question never seem to get answered...Why don't they have livechat?

Online players are accustomed to it. They are sending money to an unknown place to gamble with, livechat is just something that makes them feel a little more secure about the process. Talking to a human in real time is much preferred to sending off an email and getting an unsigned response.

If Inet just implimented it can you imagine how happy players would finally be? It seems to be the only complaint you ever hear about Inet, you would think after continually hearing this they would jump right on getting livechat running.
Why don't they? Is it too expensive or complicated to support? :what:

OP to be honest even though you got rude (or let's say not too courteous) responses, getting answered within 10-30 minutes sounds pretty damn good!
But I know where you are coming from.

...The main question never seem to get answered...Why don't they have livechat?

...
It's been mentioned several times that the reason they no longer have live chat is because it was swamped with players asking for bonuses. It distracted the customer service from real player issues instead of non-serious ones like "give me free money"

Bryan, do you agree that is a good reason?
Not trying to start shite, I just think it's something a good casino should have.
3Dice probably gets the same "give me free cash" requests and they still have livechat, and they get props for having the best customer service for an online.
What the hell...Inet I have time on my hands (as you can see), want to hire me to tend to your livechat? I promise to get rid of the freeloaders and be nothing but kind and courteous in the process :D

PS- btw TY for the answer Bryan, I had not seen that response before as to the lack of chat.

It's a business decision. And I'm sure it was one that wasn't made at a whim. Personally, I prefer email. I rarely if ever use chat. So it's a little difficult for me to relate to complaints concerning "where is the chat". If you've made an agreement via chat (or phone for that matter) and you don't have a copy of the chat session, you're screwed. Email is black and white and read all over. :p
