And the first time I won $1000 @ captaincooks and that was from the free spins promo. I followed the rules, made deposits, didn&#039;t ask for bonuses on a couple but they give them to me anyway and my points are suspended too. I think I mentioned somewhere that they, too, gave me 2000 &quot;High Roller&quot; points and I can&#039;t get at any of them. My last two deposits were completely without bonuses but I managed to make 90% of my money back, cashed out and that will be the last time. They have recently improved enough to get the eCogra seal, and now it looks like they have regressed two years.<br /> Their ongoing promotions are pretty crap, although the sign-up bonuses are good. They may unlock the points eventually, just uninstall everything and wait till they inquire what they have done to cause you to lose interest, and then tell them why.<br /> I complained to Kawanake at the time, and although they didn&#039;t reply, I found my points unlocked a month later.</div>
