Just had another great week with another 2 VP royals.. Before catching the last royal for £2000 today i had cashed in £10 of Ruby rewards before making another deposit - i ran this up then hit the 2K royal but when i tried to cash out it said i was tied into wagering requirements..

This struck me as odd as i NEVER NEVER take bonuses.. I was unaware that ruby rewards have a 30x playthrough..

The guy in chat (Dominick), when i raised this, immediately offered to put the ruby rewards back so that I could withdraw my £2000.

I doubt whether many of the other Casino's i read about on this forum would be so accomodating - In fact im sure that many of them would see this as an opportunity to deny payment.

Don`t ya just love them . I remember a few months ago when they started their £32 NDB for new players and those that haven`t deposited, I was sent an email to an old email address I used ages ago and obviously I had registered with them but completely forgot, I rang them up and explained that I had two accounts and could they remove the old one and their reply was `Register a card and claim the bonus, we sent it out and we will honour it`, I was lost for words lol, they really are in a league of their own, my only gripe with them is why the hell sponsor a Welsh football team?.
