I have a question

    I don't understand why we aren't able to get a reversal on our with drawls and then use another method in getting paid like are Eco card. If the money is sitting in there bank why cant they just put the funds back into are casino account and then we can make a withdrawal using are Eco card? I cant understand for the life of me what the problem could be can anyone explain it to me? :confused:

    BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO MESS WITH IT

    I asked support that question, answer was "because it is already being processed", well if that is true than I we should be receiving the money. Since we are not, obviously it is not true.

    I also told them if they discovered that they had released a payment to the processor in error, I bet they could find a way to cancel it and have the processor return the money to the casino.

    ANSWER to that by support was, "I don't know if we could do that, that would be up to our financial department".

    WELL, then apparently requesting our funds is up to their Financial Department. Guess they just don't want to.

    WHAT A BUNCH OF SH....t
