Resolved I entered the wrong address at RIZK casino

Hi Guys,

I opened account Rizk casino over 1 month ago.I withdrawal 50-100 euro and not want to me any verify but I did wtihdrawal 1000 euro 3 days ago.Rizk want to me documents for verify.I did send all documents.


starting problem with my adress...

I was write old adress when was open account.Rizk say,you have to proof your old adress.I say why important this...I did send my offical document,national ID,neteller account screenshot and adress on letter and I did write code when accoun opened send my phone...

I trust Rizk casino but RIZK IS THIEF...

I deposit over 2500 euro total withdrwal 500-600 euro and don t pay my money.

I play long time online casino and bets,bet365,32red,betsson,guts,bwin etc...

I dont never this

No disrespect but you really don't want to jump in here with posts, comments and accusations as you have done.

Rizk are 100% trustworthy and have an EXCELLENT reputation and are not thieves

The request for documentation is standard across the casino industry and most if not all (excluding bookmakers sites) will ask for valid ID documents at some point.

They stand a very good chance of being Casino of the year 2016, your approach is totally wrong.

They have a very active and helpful casino rep who is always here to help resolves issues.

My advice would be to edit your OP and make it more friendly (minus the BS accusations) and then drop him a private message!

I can't see how you can justify calling this theft as Rizk (like any other casino) reserve the right to verify your address and identity at any stage. Small withdrawals you may get away with, but anything over €1000 will make them more likely request documentation.

You state you gave your old address to Rizk - why was this?

I for one hate casinos who seem to think that requesting documents that are far in excess of Malta Gaming Authority legislation And in most cases are in breach of our privacy laws should be avoided and some here are accredited and they request docs as condition to receive the advertised signup bonuses. Well you need to consider if you trust the region in which casino is registered. Aussies see UK Or many Euro casino and feel secure. Just ask casino to never sms or send you snail mail. If your worried your missus will find out u like a punt.

@OP no offense but i guess you are from germany so i have an advice for you: Use the support on the rizk website. They have a german speaking agent so if you get him, you can explain your problem better.

Anyway if casino is happy letting him deposit £2000+ then why have a issue paying him winnings?

In this case the OP deliberately put an old address which is same as just making up an address on registration.

Its clear in every casinos terms that you provide correct information. Its easy to make a mistake and maybe put a wrong letter in postcode or something. I have done it myself. But in this case the OP put a totally different address he no longer stayed at.

Anyone that gambles knows you have to pass KYC. How anyone can hope to pass when theyve gave an address they do not stay at and have no proof of i will never know.

How the hell is it total crap.

Your address is one of the most important pieces of ID.

Try getting any sort of credit etc. by putting a totally false address in. Everything out needs proof af your real address. But if you think u can live your life giving everyone a false address because you have a passport or something showing who you are then good luck to you.

Things may not be simple as just "oops, I put old address".
Rizk is new, so if just old address is the problem, there should be proof, the "old" address must be also relatively new.
Even if you don't want your family to see what you get, you still want to get it, so you definitely can get proof of address. So everything you do online, all your cards, your neteller, everything you have on the same address you have access but don't want family to know. I don't see why there is a problem in any case if it is just "I don't want family to know". You definitely have proof for "old" address and you can also get for the new one.

Rizk is one of the best, and nobody has anything to fear if they are honest.

I did something naughty, being from the UK when Rizk opened it's door I wanted a nosey, so signed up and put my location as Gibralter...Now I never thought it would cause me any issues due to the fact I wouldn't be playing as they didn't accept UK players.

Low and behold that changed, and I got my address etc sorted out with them, deposited a few times, and eventually won a decent amount that I wanted to withdraw. Several time the withdrawal was returned from their processor and neither me nor Rizk could figure out why.

A couple of week later and a few PM's to Captain Rizk on here and we had come to the conclusion that it was in fact down to my account being set up as someone from Gibralter, This still to this day cannot be changed so I cant withdraw to my bank account, I can use e-wallets no problem, and on that first instance they made an exception and dealt directly with the payment processor to get the funds to me.

Rizk could easily have said I falsified info when opening the account, and confiscated my winnings, but they didn't, they saw it for what it was, me being nosey, and saw I had made the effort to assure everything was fine before depositing.

So in short Rizk are an excellent outfit, if they are accusing the OP of something dodgy I'm more inclined to believe Rizk, I'm guessing the 'old' address has an account at it aswell?

I do wonder though, I myself registered at Rizk when I lived in my old apartment, but have now moved and have a new adress as well, so if they require documents from me does that mean they can deny me my winnings? Cus that makes zero sense if they could do so (I assume there must be something else to this story).
People do move now and then and never had any issues with my new adress on any casinos so far.
