Didnt this person provide dozens upon dozens of deposits to prove hes been a player for a long time? Like its not just a one off here.

I do understand what you're saying, but I bet you didn't live at your parents a month ago? Thats what makes the difference. I found out the other day my guts account was at my old address, took me 2 minutes to go into my account and change it. Don't see why the OP didn't do the same.

Its not like it was 5 years ago, it was a matter of weeks, and like I've said, I can't believe he doesn't have a single bill or bank statement from an old address of maybe 3 weeks before he was asked for ID.

No, it was not a mistake.

He said on his 2nd post, he put the old address on purpose because an online casino send "post mail" sometimes, and he doesn't want his family to know he plays gamble.

It was not a mistake, it was an action by him knowing exactly what he is doing.

How did you get your gas/electric and water final bills for your old address?
Presumably you are comparing like with like, ie you opened the accounts a few weeks previously and hadn't verified yourself before you wanted to change address? Then of course you admitted on a public forum, with a casino rep reading it, that you used a fake address?

Theres probably more to this than has been posted anyway, there usually is.

A couple casino asked about an old bill and I said I closed my accounts with the gas and hydro companies which is what you do when you move so I cant get anything. They accepted that without an issue.

I don't know what the utility companies are like where you are but here in the UK you are lucky to get a final bill 3 weeks after moving let alone get it, pay it, and your account be closed so you can't access it any more!

I don't see why proof of address matters . Do money launderers not have addresses or bills ? Who is laundering money ? If criminals can get fake credit cards , ID , passports etc then I don't see that providing a copy of a recent bill is going to pose too much of a problem

None of them provide address on the printable versions. I dont even think your name to be honest. I had a hard time verifying myself at a couple casinos cause of this issue with bank statements.

now that I do have an issue with. Casinos can accept other forms of ID, they choose not to, but will accept deposits no problem. My mother never drove and never wanted to (or did) go abroad so she had no photo ID. She did have 2 bank accounts, 3 credit cards and a mortgage. Yet if she wanted to play slot machines online, she wouldn't be able to. Well she would, but wouldn't be able to get paid. If a bank is allowed to lend someone over £100000 without photo ID then a casino can pay out a couple of hundred without photo ID.

You've posted here, the rep has got involved and sorted it so both he and the forum have served their purpose, despite the fact the original error was made by you when opening the account. You're still griping.

You're now KYC'd at Rizk, so there won't be any issues from now on so you have no reason really not to play there - they'll be just as good as bet365 and 32red won't they?
