I don't like a Redbet bonus term

They've tried it for sure.

I don't think it's fair on people who make a genuine mistake to put a blanket no-compromise rule on this.
It's fairer to look at it case by case where requested, and it's pretty easy to spot anyone trying to abuse it.
Luckily we're small enough to still be able to do that when requested. I fully understand other operators who are more rigid.

The Net Ent software is the one that catches me out the most with "Max Bet" button - so it's good to hear this; nothing less than we'd expect!

FWIW, this is exactly the sort of casino response/customer care that I was talking about in the other thread.

All casino operators really are not the same.

It wasn't there when I did the SUB in 2011.

I have provided explanation why both A and B occured in my case. A occured because at the time the term wasn't in promotional terms. B occured because later I saw the max bet term at forums. So what did you look at in my case? I got the impression that you never looked into it.

Hi

Yes and no.
Yes I looked at your PMs and I considered the content.
No I didn't ask netent for your game stats to review because I think it's fair to say that ship has sailed.
If you had noticed the term the day after or even the week after I may have taken a look but it's 2 years ago, it was in the terms and conditions (general) and also (in the case of the welcome bonus which is what we're talking about) prominent enough in the "see terms and conditions" dropdown too.

Sorry, I'm not having a good day. I just had a blazing argument with the man in Starbuck's because the customer in front of me got a free Danish pastry after they spilled his coffee. I explained that they spilled my Soy Latte Macchiato in 2010 (a Grande as well!) and asked for a free Panini but he was having none of it, he wouldn't even negotiate on an oatmeal cookie!
