I believe that all Rival casinos are one and the same!

I'm interested in your take on the difference KK.

The way I see it, the NR list means "Play at your own risk" and the Rogue list means "Don't play under any circumstances".
Yes, that's exactly my take on the meanings.

Players know that in either case they can't PAB; with NR casinos there is a small chance players might experience problems, with rogue casinos there is a very big chance they are going to get screwed - and not even a little kiss afterwards! :(

How do you know all Rival White Labels are "pretty unstable financially"?
I think you're wrong there. Some are - yes, without a doubt, but not ALL of them.
The White Labels are NOT on the rogue list - they are on the Not Recommended list. These are two different "classes" of casinos - that's why there are two different lists.
Once again, I agree the majority of them do belong on the Not Recommended list, but also there are some very good casinos who have just got dragged in there by association, not on merit.

KK

That maybe the case but why double gamble ? We are already gambling in doing a deposit, why then add to that with a gamble that for any number of reasons you could have issues not get paid if you get to cashout. I can not see why anyone would take this risk no matter how good the software is. Rival and co have made a total balls up of what could have been a great business. Why anyone would even consider going near a casino that is on the Not Recommended list is beyond me.

I dont hold with chargebacks ever as I know the impact directly they can have on a business but that aside Rivals all of them should be avoided.

I see by the posts after mine that we all pretty much think Rival sucks. Not recommended or rogue, they are not to be trusted, IMO.

I should have added IMO on my last post. Sorry KK. But....if someone wants to play Rival, go with the stand alone Rivals. They have more credibility at this point, IMO.

I also believe that any webmasters who still have White label Rivals' banners up, might want to re-think things since they are risky and NOT RECOMMENDED by Casinomeister himself.

Hopefully I will get the chance to speak in person to Bryan about this next week. ;)

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, of course, but I would like to know what exactly the likes of Superior, Vegas Sky, Paradise 8, Pantasia, Spin Time and many other decent casinos (IMHO) have done to deserve to be put on the NR list?

As to webmaster's listings, well I shouldn't say too much here - but just go and look at who some of the "really big boys" are promoting... :(

They are all owned and operated by the same company that operates This Is Vegas and the rest of the equally rogue casinos.

Financially stable or not... we've seen Rivals change/lower betting limits WHILE a player is in a game... usually on a roll. And this is not across the board, casino wide changes, it is for an individual player, while in the middle of a freaking game. I find that insulting and downright creepy.

We've seen scandalous payout changes to their BJ without felt changes. ( I've seen 1:1 BJ payouts at a casino other than the one in the now infamous thread, but for the life of me can't remember which Rival.)

We've seen idiotic excuses presented for not paying players...

While it may not be 'fair' to paint all Rivals with the same brush... Ya'll do what you want... They're not getting my money -- whenever I do start playing online again, they'll not be on my computer -- until I see some major changes.

Herein lies the problem mate.

Rival seems to have gone out of its way since day one to 'muddy the waters' when it comes to just who pulls the strings at Rival casinos. There is increasing evidence that the control is more than just arms length and that they all share everything about their customers - that in itself shows that it is more than software they have in common.

So, because it is so difficult to find out exactly who is the organ grinder and who is the monkey, CM has to make his Not Recommended recommendation ( :p ) apply to all of the white label operations.

Sloto and Box24 I have no qualms with as they have always seemed honest and there are few if any complaints about them, but they are the exception to the rule. I would normally deposit at those places, but I have ceased all my Rival play as a protest against the direction in which they have recently headed.

Surely you are not saying "well if they do it then I can do it" - I would be really surprised (after knowing you for a few years) that you really think that.

You are a good bloke and a wonderful contributor here - I would hate to see you come up with fleas after 'lying with the dog' too long. :)

No I am absolutely NOT saying that!
I was saying go look at some of the "Big Boys" sites and see who is listing casinos who are on CM's ROGUE list...
(I don't list any CM rogued casinos).

As stated I am new, and from casinomeister famous saying baptized with fire is exactly how I feel. I did not find this forum until after the fact and being from the United States I am new to online gaming and being raised in the South where Gambling is considered wrong I never ever did this before in person nor online.

Rival was the first casino I signed up for and as I stated I made deposits via echeck and went to log in to find I was blocked/suspended. My response was to stop payments on my check, which now I understand how wrong this was of me. Two wrongs don't make it right.

I have tried to resolve this with them and they have blocked my chat so I can't contact them, and when I did get through they hung up on me.

What was I suppose to think? My first thought was what a scam!

Rival why would you block and account over me not answering the darn phone?

I guess my hobby started and will end with rival and this really upsets me, because we have 4' of snow and nothing to do right now, also I have a spinal cord injury and in a wheelchair which means I am bored all darn day.

THANKS ALOT RIVAL!

Live help at Rivals when unavailable-it's unavailable at the same time at all groups, dependent, independent, black or white labels.Strange coinsidence.

Hi Queenie

Sorry if I was a bit harsh, just chargebacks are quite a big step though I fully understand your reasons for doing it. You are in a good place here if you want to find a place to locate sites to persue your hobby and have fun gaming on line safely and securely. This site offers free invaluable advice about where to play and feedback and help from existing players and most importantly help in resolving any disputes. Please don't give up, there are some great sites out there where you can have a lot of fun and if you are lucky maybe win now and again.

Big Hugs

Raj
