I am a spammer... my apologies

One of my email accounts was hacked, and my contact list used to send out spam for weight loss. The login was from a mobile device in Bulgaria.

My sincere apologies to anyone on my contact list that received it. I've changed password and notified the provider.

I only noticed because I received the spam from myself on another account.

I have no idea if they actually harvested the emails in my contact list, or just used my account to spam.

This happens to me quite often. Does anyone know why? And I have great passwords.

It also happens more when I activate my email on my cell phone. Now I don't get my email through my phone anymore, it happened like twice in a few weeks.

I had same thing happen to me also weight loss. Felt terrible because it was sent to my accountant who is a large man. I was totally mortified but had called him on phone and told him not to open wasn't sent by me because I was afraid virus in it. I would also like to know how this happens.
