    Hi i had request a withdraw of $300 on hype gaming casino 26th november and i had send my document 30th november.
    Well I have contacts them every day in chat the past week and they have always said to me that my withdrawal of money is in process
    So after 2 week i have not received any payout
    Me also they have confirmed that my documents have them receipts
    Has succeeded one what to you similar also to you?

    Yes - they are working hard to get their payments out fast. My last cashout request at 12:00 am (12/7) got to me at 2:16pm (12/7). I could hardly beleive it :)

    Anyway - I am looking into it currently and am sure that it will get resolved.

    Can you let us in on what the holdup was? Just curious as others seem to be posting that they're being paid relatively quick...so perhaps this was just a once off due to some snag with documents for example?

    The hold up (as far as me taking 1 1/2 days to rectify the situation) was that Australia is apparently 15 hours time difference :)

    But, I know that is not what you are asking.

    The initial delay in processing the payment was that the identification documents were lost between departments (Processing & Support) due to an email server changeover at both ends. This should not happen with the new server, though, from what I am told.

    This is what I understand from what was told to me.

    I do know that an honest effort at upgrading systems and increasing throughput of cashouts is occuring and has proven itself in many cases. I have, myself, noticed faster cashout times and hope that it only continues to get better.

    I have also been happy with this casino, played there and cashed out. I just wish they would lower their ridiculous 100x wagering requirement for blackjack play :mad:

    Mines not being processed either

    I have waited for 4 business days for my withdrawal, and seems like they are not going to process it. Tried the place because so many people here said that their slots rock, and yeah they did. Won about 1000$, and fulfilled the 25x d+b wagering requirements, sent my docs, and after 3 days from sending the documents (checked with live support that they were approved) i made the withdrawal.
    After this they seem to be giving me the runaround. Seems like their accounting deparment is not available much, always closed for the day no matter at what time i go there. Sending a pm to kwblue, i hope mine gets solved too.

    The first withdrawal seems to take much longer than any other at this casino. It took me 8-9 days I think for my first one but after that I had my funds within 24 hours on any given withdrawal.

    But then again, I didn't take a bonus and this might be holding it up for the "review" bonuses attract. So, as long as everything is on the up and up, you shouldn't have any problem after getting past the first one.

    Thanks guys. Hoping to post some screenshots soon. After the last withdrawal got approved deposited 50$, and im now up to 2300$. Hit 1600$ in treasure hunter at 5$ bet, and also a max jackpot win at white wizard. Hope the withdrawal goes faster now. Im really starting to like the slots in hype!!! ;) Going to leave something to play with, and post some screenshots soon.... 3 diamonds in a row, and a packbag, got 2x100x in the feature.......
