Two Caddell’s closing, I imagine for the same reason as others.

Goldspins will be closing down on the 13.05.2019 and we are no longer accepting any further deposits or registrations.

All existing customers with active balances in their accounts will still be able to play casino games and/or withdraw funds up until 16:00 (GMT) on the 13.05.2019. After this time, any remaining cash funds will be returned to your card or bank within 7 days and your account will no longer be operational.

Good riddance. Some consolidation can only help.

Also shows how underfunded some white label casinos are. A little extra tax and they have to close shop.

I'm not sure it's the tax, as this has been in place a few weeks. I think more likely the costs and practicalities of pre-verification is the straw that boke the camel's back.

@dunover Since I haven’t followed this that closely does this mean that anyone playing at a UK licensed casino will have to verify prior to being able to deposit?

I would imagine the Malta and Curaçao licensed casinos are salivating. They would most likely get these deposits from the casual non UK resident on a Friday night that just wants to have some fun.

Yes, May 7 or May 28, I can't recall which date this is supposed to come in on. So unless a casino can verify electronically via CRA's or have staff 24/7 to manually check very quickly, they'll lose the speculative sign-up. Either way it's a big cost to them. Yes, you'll have 1668/JAZ and other scum no doubt taking up the slack.

7th! Happy days :)

No except for freeplay all requirements are in place on our end since 2016.
