For several weeks I have had an ongoing problem at Nordic regarding losing connection whenever I play MGS slots, this only happens at certain times of the day and is identical in timing when it bugs out, as soon as I press spin I get the error, I have tried pinging and doing a tracert on several of the IP`s available when i`m logged on and loading a game.


Ben has reliably informed MGS as it appears to be their end and imho use different routers at different times of day, hence the problem being times of day related, in this time, Ben (and Robin) have gone beyond the call of duty in making it a lot less of a bitter pill to swallow, including rewarding me handsomely for my troubles and my input of providing screenies etc, one such reward was 100 FS`s on Hall of God`s (pjp of around 6.4 million Euro`s), thanks guys for making me feel VIP status when i`m nowhere near it :thumbsup:.


Second thanks goes to 32Red and in particular the competence of their CS Staff. Recently a very close friend of mine has started playing online for the 1st time ever, she is a complete newb as far as anything internet related is concerned, so, after some good advice and plenty of freebies it was time for her to make her 1st deposit, she only had £20 spare so I stated that 32Red has by far the best SUB for that sort of money (320%), she deposited and off she went, made the w/r and had a nice bit to cashout.


After she made the withdrawal (Sunday early afternoon) I told her the cash would be in her Neteller account by Monday dinner time, it wasn`t, I said check her emails, no mails, then she realised that her old email address had been hacked ages ago, so she set up a new one in her name still, with an additional c for her middle name, I showed her how to use live chat and sure enough this was the problem, a quick fix and she received the email requesting proof of age and a screenshot of her Neteller account as she used a Ukash voucher to deposit.


I took a picture of her passport and done the screenshot for her, gave it half hour or so and contacted CS again to make sure all was okay, Amber replied they had received the documents, and to save time Amber then went on to verify the passport number herself, now that`s CS competence right there, so once again, thank you loads 32Red :thumbsup:.


In comparison, once the trusted casino`s supply of free dosh was exhausted and her appetite still in need of quenching, I stated `Why not try some FS`s?`, I had a quick trawl around and found some MGS giving 30, 25, 20 FS`s for no deposit, so, we opted for Gaming Club`s 30, registered, opened game, no FS`s, she opened live chat and spoke to someone who was pretty vague, and disconnected chat with no forewarning whatsoever, she left it for a while and tried about an hour later, and was instantly told `Residents of the UK are not eligible for this offer, sorry`.

I`m all ears if anyone can spot the UK in this list of none eligible countries for the bonus.............

As this incident was pre-1st deposit anywhere it dampened her spirits somewhat, only for the good `ol 32Red CS with competence crew to make things right again ;).

Have to agree on Ben for the best manager award, no doubting that ;), I told her to play BDBA when her balance was running out, she had nearly made the w/r with around £40 left, hit x4wilds/sapphires in FS`s for £150, bitch lol, took me bloody ages to hit one of those ;).

Yes, this was the group responsible for the notorious "deposit and get 100 free spins" one Christmas. The free spins were on Gift Rap, a seasonal choice. It turned out to be 100 spins at 1p and 1 line, worth a quid. There is now a slot more suited to such offers, where you collect the days to the 25th and trigger the free spin pot:D

Doubly odd, since this group seems very UK focussed in it's marketing, so it seems they have taken a U turn, and recently too, as they have yet to update their website terms to add the UK to the list of excluded countries.

They also have a 10 day pending period, which they claim only applies to withdrawals of £5000 or more, but in reality affected a withdrawal of under £1000 I made earlier this year, and long before the policy was introduced.

Might as well stick to 32Red, they pay in under 10 HOURS, let alone 10 days.
 
Seventh777 screenshot was from Latest casino bonuses forum and they are an incompetent bunch. I would put money on that it was there screw up.
They won't give a shit either.
