withdrawal update

*Sigh* More delays.

Apparently something is wrong with their incoming email because customer support told me my reply yesterday saying I want to change my withdrawal amount to $1600 was never received. I resent it twice today but got back 'message undeliverable' notices.

I still feel I'll get paid eventually, but to say that you got to jump through hoops to get a withdrawal processed from these guys is an understatement.

CLICK2PAY EMAIL PROBLEM

are you sending it to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com.

I sent it the first time to "withdrawals" suppose to be "withdrawal.

I got them on the phone and then sent it and waited to the support person I was talking to got it.

Also, they still have your request in their system, so you can just call and tell customer support you want to withdrawal 1600.00 instead of 1500.00.

I told them to advise accounting to send me all funds available for withdrawal when they process my request. Because by the time they actually process it all of my pending deposits from my bank will have cleared.

Just hope the Wire Transfer is accepted at the bank.

Okay, interesting. I called on friday, and they said they hadn't received my request for withdrawal.

- On friday, I emailed withdrawalS.click2pay@click2pay.com re-requesting a withdrawal. I included all wire information, and a request to withdraw "entire available balance"
- Today, no activity, so I called, and got stuck on hold and disconnected
- I re-emailed withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com this morning
- About an hour later, I got an email requesting to specify the exact amount of my withdrawal (silly).
- log in to my c2p account, and see that there is a debit from c2p cust. service for my entire balance!

So, if I'm really really lucky, at some unknown point in the future, the money will arrive in the brokerage account that I have requested. Fingers crossed.

Well, nothing posted to my bank account today. It would probably be unrealistic for an international wire transfer to be processed that quickly.. ESPECIALLY by c2p. Will post when something happens though.

withdrawal update

I called to ask today why the $1600 was not yet deducted from my account and was told that when I changed the withdrawal amount the clock was reset and I would have to wait another three business days. So tomorrow the money should finally be deducted, and I am supposed to get automatic email notification of that. We'll see.

FYI, the support person I talked to said the whole process should taken seven business days from the time the wire transfer is requested until it appears in your bank account.

Got an email from c2p this afternoon that they had sent the wire, and to expect a few days for it to appear in my bank account.

The time after seeing the withdrawal from my c2p account was about 36 hours. Strangely, the second email was sent at about midnight, central european time.

Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers a little harder now.

I haven't read through this thread; but could you simply choose a casino that allows deposits and withdrawals by different methods; then make your deposits with Click2Pay and withdrawals with check, EcoCard, ACH, etc.

Prior to the US eWallet issues, I used to do this often with Click2Pay and others when I wanted to transfer money from one eWallet to another.

DEPOSITING VIA CLICK2PAY-CASHOUT VIA ANOTHER METHOD

I have been depositing via c2p at casinos allowing ACH withdrawal. Mainly casinos which I am a VIP and have deposited click2pay before and always cashed out via ACH.

I do not think you can just deposit a sum of money that is for a larger amount than your usual deposits and barely play and then request a withdrawal via ACH. That is too obvious.

I actually deposit and play and hopefully win and cashout via ACH.

Also, you should talk with support and get written confirmation that they will allow you to do this before depositing their.

That's certainly an alternative to move money out of Click2Pay, although with Microgaming's difficulties paying US players by check or ACH it's becoming less of an option.

The reason I am trying a withdrawal from Click2Pay is just to verify that it will work. Down the road, I want to know that it will be one of my options for getting money back to my bank account.

Good to hear, EasyRhino. I'm still waiting on the funds to finally be deducted from my C2P account, which should be by today.

I'm wondering, were there any wire fees deducted by intermediary banks, in addition to whatever your brokerage account charged?

I guess the answer is: probably?
The amount deducted from my c2p account was $7,641.88. The amount that was deposited into my brokerage account was $7614.85. The brokerage does not charge a fee to receive wires.
It seems to be a curious deposit amount, so I'm going to email the c2p withdrawal people and ask them about it. After all, we're talking about over $25 here.

withdrawal update

I logged in to finally find the $1600 deducted from my C2P account today, four days after the updated withdrawal request was submitted.

That's what I was afraid of, being hit with hidden wire fees. I recall reading in another C2P thread that cheque payments can have fees deducted as well.

withdrawal update

I received my wire transfer today, so the entire process took seven business days to complete. Only a $2 fee, assesed by C2P, was deducted from what was ultimately deposited in my bank account.

So here is the banking information you will need to include in your e-mail to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com requesting a withdrawal:

Bank Name
Bank Address
Account Holders Name
Account Number
Routing Number
Swift Code
I want to correct this earlier post. You do not need to give your bank's routing number to Click2Pay in your withdrawal request, and it may just lead to confusion. For them to send you an international bank wire, they only need your SWIFT code to identify your particular bank.

If Click2Pay ever requests an IBAN, explain that this is not used in the US. The IBAN, only used in Europe, contains both a bank identification code and a bank account number.

As everybody should already know the best deposit/withdrawal option for US players now is ECOCard. It's now available at JackpotFActory casinos. I guess in recent days this options will be available at all MG casinos.
You can withdraw funds from ECOcard to your bank account by bank wire, they charge $10 fee. Funding your ECOcard acct. is free!

Indeed, more and more casinos now accept ECOcard. However, I'm an idiot, and can't decipher ECOcard's sign up form. Plus, once we all get signed up at ECO and have US$ in the pipelines (to & from casinos) what's to prevent another NETeller type lock down (and handing over all our financial info to the Feds) on US players?

Mousey, I am with you on the signup process. I didn't have a problem signing up in a sense but it was the funding the account that just about drove me nuts trying to figure out lol. I never did get it funded but I have an account out there now somewhere lol. :).

You're right, it's not the simple registration of an account that's so confusing... it's trying to get money into the ECOcard account. LOL NETeller really, really spoiled me.
