Hi all.... so I've just been playing DoA at Stan James, and when I hit the 3 scatters the bonus didnt start as normal... not really knowing what was going on I hit the spin button and thought all was okay as I got a sticky wild on the first spin -all good I thought.

But then more and more wilds began appearing, but NOT stickign, and there was no count down of the number of free spins remaining at the bottom of the window. The odd wild did stick - I ended up with 3 - but there should have been a LOT more.

When the feature concluded I had all five posters on the screen but no message saying I had won an additional five spins and I was given just £1.24 for the feature...!!!

I've just spoken to their support about this and they are telling me that the whole thing played out correctly but I dont see how this can be. When the feature concluded I spun the reels a couple of times to see I was infact in my extra five spins, as I should have been having got a poster on all five reels, but that wasnt the case, yet the sticky wilds from the feature were still locked on the screen as in the screenshot below!

I dont know what to do sure I have just missed out on a MASSIVE payday here :( Totally heartbroken....

This is some sort of late April Fool's right??

A genuine reason could be a serious case of lag, sometimes wilds appear and when the spin 'catches up' they disappear, happens all the time.

Another explanation would be a player wishing the wilds came :p , the wild bottom right is awfully crooked, you could have straightened it a bit before posting

Either real bad lag as Jon pointed, Or you needed to shake the machine, Sometimes the reels get stuck, At the same time would of straightened that wild up :)

Clearly you dont play the game or you would know that the wilds often appear that way. Casino logs about to be posted so prepare to eat your words...

There's gotta be some element of truth to this, otherwise why bother posting?

If it's meant as a joke it's not a particularly funny one to be fair!

Okay, I cant get Demis at Stan James to look at thse logs properly and see the problem but as you can see, the amount of coins I have supposedly won shown on the left, often over a 100 doesnt match the diagram shown on the right showing where those wins came from on pretty much any spin, this is because the extra wilds that dropped are not showing in the pictures yet I am being awarded the win for them I guess...

So potentially all I have missed out on is the extra 5 spins - and they have just credited me £10.80 that they say is the sum total of the error ... but I've asked for it to be escalated to NetEnt anyway.

So, can somebody please tell me I am not mental and this screenshot makes NO sense whatever? I'll post the first few spins as soon as I get them via email there stupid chat thing wotn let met scroll up any further to get them

I would say that the reel set used for the free spins didn't take over and you were still seeing the reel set that is used in normal play, so all the symbols you were seeing weren't in fact the symbols the game was actually using

The game though still used the proper free spin reel set. When a sticky wild came it stayed because it sticks over the reels.

This would be a flash issue but i believe the game would have played out correctly on the server which is why support is saying it is correct, when they look at the record of it they will see it with the correct reel set.

    Hope that makes sense.

I would still be annoyed if I got that though.

EDIT: (picture above posted while I was posting this)
the screenshot does make sense. The 'Win' showing in the left column is the accumulating win, the Win value just off the top of the screen will say 60, then you win 8 coins so puts the win to 68, next win is 4 put you to 72, next win 0 stays on 72, next win is a 24 and a 4 for 28, 72 and 28 = 100 then a 4 and an 8 put you to 112 etc.

The two sticky wilds on the payout table correspond to the two on your original screenshot that are actually stick wilds, they have the cowboys names on them. you did actually just get the wrong reel set in the flash

The picture shows a total win of 124 coins during free spin.

It all adds up.... it is a running total in the left hand column ( where it says win: xxx )

You had a total of 2 sticky wilds.

It's called 'Pulling your leg' :)

As for not playing the game....

You must register/login in order to see the link.

Just had my tea so will have to hold on that one

Apologies if our sense of humours differ, No offence was intended. You gotta admit the wild on the 5th reel does look 'on the piss' tho

I feel for OP and I don't really think it's a joking matter. Definitely not funny when it happens to you.
Flash error? Quite likely so, although things like that will always raise some eyebrows.

As a consolation, here's my screenshot :) Huge DOA Bug :( :( :( Anybody ever seen anything like this???: dtrlove.jpg,Jul 22, 2015 5 wilds yet payout was 0.00. Like in your case support said, everything played out as normal o_o
They said they will escalate the issue, never heard from them again. Didn't see a cent.

Good spot, But any machine the 3rd line is normally the bottom one, Even if them men are scatters do they pay on base game? If not than only way that could possibly not a win is they got 0 on bonus round,

Look at the session time 5 seconds,

Line number 3 should pay 5 of a kind, those were wilds not scatters if I remember correctly :) I even calculated how much exactly I should have won and had send this information to support. Not a massive payout (these 5oaks were not the highest paying symbol) but still...

Session was actually 5 minutes (I think). Casino Mybet.

The screenshots are right Catapult. They are your CUMULATIVE total and the only error you had was with laggy graphics. I have seen this before, where the next spin starts before the last spin settles properly, in other words with the wilds gong by (that you THINK you got) frozen in their spinning position at the time the game calls for the result of the NEXT spin and so-on.
    Your win was correct mate.

Glad it didn't happen to me as just put in a request for gamelogs and explanation from net~Ent for the results I have been getting on this slot (and at different casinos the same)
<75% RTP playing over 10 thousand spins and $1,000 losses this month playing average 36c bets?
And to top it all my last session gave 1 bonus round in over 1,100+ spins!:xxx
I know it is a very high variance slot but I call BS on this.
No way I can have been playing a 96% version with returns like these.
To put it in perspective, even if I won a massive 1000x bet on my average stake next spin I would still be massively down and my RTP would still be well below expected values.

It is a battle of will now. either it pays me or I embarrass myself :baby::sob:and NetEnt in admitting the slot is rigged. :axeman:

That's the point though with very high variance slots - you CAN play thousands of spins and end up with a miserly RTP, just the same as when I played it in my video and hit the 5 scatters on 72p I had a RTP of over 500% after about 450 spins.
The RTP of DoA is actually near 97%, most of which goes to Blaothon and Rolastan if Nate hasn't got there first.

    :p Silly dunny!

Fun fact for the foilers: Despite Blathaon being misspelled, i just spotted a few interesting facts about those three names!
Apparantly they all have the letters "N" and "A", and I first figured the "O" could be noteworthy too, but Nate doesn't have that one
(or DOES he?!:eek2::cool::p) so, i now can safely say that to win big, and consistently, you need to make a request @ Bryan's address to change you CM nickname to anything with those two letters...Unless of course you already had them, then you apparantly are doing something wrong!

On a serious note, i too have been hammering this slot everywhere, sometimes two casino's, one time even three at the same time:)
I never thought i would say this, but in terms of win antixcipation, and longevity, this may just be "the one that rules them all"
    Great going Netent:thumbsup:... (basterds! :p)
