After started you are not allowed to talk about the case, so keep that in mind.

I allready Have active complain in MGA and in some ADR and Thats The problem... No body answers? And i need real legal advice in this case. I have play tens and tens casinos maybe hundreds and over 15 year experice and this is first Time that casino really just stole My founds. There Is some shady terms but Even those terms Isnt effect My money. Pure fraud.

They will, but not at the moment. What happened and what did you do according to the casinos terms in regards to starting the complaint procedure?

I made casinos own complain but this casino Is not cooperative. They Have very unprofessional behavior. After that i supmit madre ADR complain and try to reach mga too bc this anmount what they steal Is tens of grands. And there Is no enykind of bonuses inwolve or eny others terms violated

There used to be a complaints process through the MGA. I found them about as helpful and pleasant as using a cactus as toilet paper.
