Hey everyone, i posted last week about a win i made on betfair and got lots of great help so thought i would ask again.
I again made the mistake of not checking on here before i played at a new Casino and since then i have noticed Corals are no longer an accredited Casino.

I just got a decent win on Corals yesterday, 4.7k from a total deposit of around 600. I requested the withdrawal and everything seemed fine, however when logging in tonight to check the status, it logs me out straight away as soon as i log in and says 'this account has been logged out'. I have had no emails from them or anything. Cant get hold of someone on live chat it just keeps saying 'chat disconnected' as soon as i type something.

Should i be worried? never had an account here or ladbrokes or gala so i know it cant be any previous self exclusions or anything.
    Thanks for any help!

Sometimes Coral has a problem where it keeps logging you out as you try to log in.

Sometimes its easier to switch browser or try logging in on a mobile.

As to your question about are they trustworthy. I would say they are one of the most trustworthy sites around so as long as you have not broke any rules or self excluded from sister sites you will get paid fine and they pay quick. I use them most days along with other major bookies.

They only lost their accredited status due to Rep disappearing no other reason. Their were never any real complaints about them. If they had bothered keeping a Rep they would still be accredited.

Thanks for your response. I actually just managed to stay logged in long enough to check my account statement, both deposits have the status of 'withdrawal approved'. Does this mean its on its way to me? I haven't of yet received any request for ID / verification which i thought would be a 100% given as its quite a high withdrawal.

If it says approved it should be sent. They process withdrawals every day so looks like you are fine.

As you are in UK you should not need to send documents. The large UK sites verify you automatically online through debit card and electoral roles etc. You only get asked for documents normally when they cannot fully verify who you are.

I have never been asked for documents at Paddy Power Coral Ladbrokes or WilliamHill and am fully verified at them all.

What payment method did you use. If it was Debit card you should receive your money by Tuesday

I used a debit card :) I was going to use paypal but i had a lot of problems with paypal recently where they put my account on hold after withdrawing a large amount from betfair. Unfortunate as i know e-wallet withdrawals are a lot quicker!

As it is approved you are safe. Once it leaves waiting status you are fine.

Only thing if you use something like Neteller it does not get sent as soon as it says Approved. It can sometimes take hours till they send it. But once its approved you are fine.

Like i said as its UK bookie they have verified you automatically so should never need to bother with documents.

Yep Coral are fine, if you go in store you can sign up for a connect card and withdraw your winnings in cash too over the counter, its up to £500 a day but if the shop has a lot of cash & the staff are decent you can usually get a grand if you don't want it going through your bank account. Be aware though, you must not have any active bonuses, not even a penny, to do this.

Live chat on desktop is dodgy at the moment but if you sign in through mobile you will get through ok. Having said that, ring them if you want to talk to them about anything, live chat is abysmal, unless you are VIP then you get through to Gibraltar where they are good :)
