How MY BoDog Payment Issue is being Handled...

RESOLUTION:

BoDog Payment Processors contacted my bank and provided enough information to convince them to APOLOGIZE to me - and call me back and say - please, bring those checks in - we will cash them immediately.

So - while part of me is slightly upset that BoDog contacted my bank - even though I did not want them to.

I am SATISFIED at this resolution.

Well.CONGRATS on the resolution in your favor!

Now what do you intend to do to erase the doubts of the thousands who have been reading this thread and have doubts about BODOG!

Personally, I know BODOG to be on the up and up but what about those who was considering playing there....I think this should have been handled through the PAB or wait until there was a final resolutiuon!

Just my thought but again congrats on the successful resolutionj in your favor

doubts about BODOG!
Sure did. This scenerio was delayed for too long...uninstalled the casino. wouldn't want to go through what you did. Too much worry and heartache for something that should have been exciting and fun!

Glad to know all turned out well though. Congrats!

Hmmmm...

They added a Twenty Dollar bonus in my account - that certainly felt like a slap in the face.

Do I think that they handled this issue appropriately.

NOT AT FIRST.

When it became an issue for me - when I ORIGINALLY TOLD them that my bank refused to cash the check because the Bank in Canada refused to confirm the account - they told me to process the check - that it WOULD clear.

YES - it cleared.

But -- it caused a hardship in clearing.

It took TOO long to clear.

When they asked if I could give them my bank's name - I wasn't comfortable with that - but they proceeded to contact my bank to allow ALL of the checks to clear IMMEDIATELY - with no hold.

I am thankful that they did this - HOWEVER - it was against my wishes.

I wanted them to find another way of payment.

So - in respects - should this be a PAB?

I don't know --- it could be MY Bank's issue --- and their Bank's issue --- and it could have been a ONE TIME thing.

Will I play at BoDog again?

I don't know - the 20 dollar bonus after what I've spent on them in the last couple of years --- was like a slap in the face...

And cashing out - was almost not worth the entire thing.

As I have stated - BODOG is a decent casino - with a decent rep - I think PAB would do harm.

I'm not into harming BoDog - I'm into people seeing the issues of cashing out are.

And how it happened to me.

Hence - the thread.

Actually - I think players SHOULD have doubts.

It should have been handled more expeditiously.

It should have been easier - they take my money easily.

But I ---- I am willing to allow my bank to accept HALF the blame.

So is it completely BoDog's fault --- NO...

And throughout this thread - I have mentioned that.

Could they have done a better job?

Tremendously YES.

I'm glad that got straightened out...

And that's one thing about Bodog....you will always get paid. It may take a little longer or a bigger headache sometimes, but you don't have to worry about "bonus abuse" bullsh!t or other crap.

So how did they know your bank's name?
