Been a while since i played there, Once i got sick i started to narrow down the casino i played at to make sure i was playing at places that gave more for your money. Bonus/spins/loyalty. That was one area i felt guts had falling short of.

It happend to me at Casumo recently.
I waited 10-12 hours, but it was still reversible and this time i sadly played it away..:( (thats what the casinos wants of course).

Withdrawals should always be instant (or near).

Stick to the rule....... Make the withdrawal....Leave and stay away from the site till its done. go elswhere and play.

I ask in a chat when I play in GutsCasino if I can get a bonus, only a few times they declined,my experience with Guts is very good, aswell as the other Casinos I mentioned.

Id play at slots if it was the only thing available due to the fact i know ill get the cashout. I just cant wait.
On what the OP asked it dont cost anything just the fee to carry out the transaction (pennies). From experience CS also do complete cashouts from at least one brand longs security had verified the account

that is right but I always feel a little bit

asking in a chat if they can process it immediately,it does not feel right, like I do not know the rules, usuallyI pass and just wait untill the money is in my account

If you have fast withdrawals, that will also increase your deposits, as customers instead of cancel the withdrawal, they will re-deposit. So having fast withdrawals will increase your overall fees on in and out transactions. The numbers I have seen is that it cost about 10 - 12% of the gross for the casino. Which is very expensive, its about the same price the casino pays to have the games from Netent etc.

the percentage I did not know about but the fast withdrawals and increasing Your deposits I agree with

As a player, it smart to use cheap methods for the casino. As they will see you as a cheaper customer to maintain and you can get more rewards! :)

that I did not know untill You mentioned it a few moments ago

Oh please, don't make things up. You won't get rewarded more for using a "better" method for the casino , the reason they offer to arrange a wide area of deposit methods is to accommodate customers and reach out to more than they had with just a few methods.

Sure it costs casino for deposit, probably a varying amount but I doubt it's as expensive as you say (reps could probably confirm this)

Regardless of this, Rizk must absolutely hate me then, I've made so my £10 deposit over one day that my bank told me I had reached the limit of 20 transactions in a day. (a bit low imo).
Yet they don't, I still receive loyalty awards and withdraw with Trustly (just withdrawing not depositing as it takes ages ).

Casinos earn enough money with the losing players anyway to cover these costs.

that really make sense what You are explaining here, and You are right why not deposit with Your bankaccount and withdraw with Trustly,I can do the same with my Netelleraccount anytime

I don't think it costs casinos as much as they like to make out, irrespective of the deposit method. Sure, some may not be as cost-efficient to them as others but you don't open a casino enterprise with £4 to your name.

It is absolutely possible for them to pay instantly should they so wish. The reason they don't is clear- cut .... to simply stall the player and test their resolve. Many, many will buckle under the pressure and play back their winnings. Simples

Not to mention the benefit of hoarding funds as opposed to releasing funds. The longer you have them, the more interest you'd earn surely?

Accredited brands like Casumo have no excuses. We tolerate hours but really, they ought to be instant across the board. Anything else goes back to paragraph 2 :D

Maybe the person who won the Rizk prize and gets to visit their offices could do a walk through test of what a 'cash out' actually entails for the casino :)

Surely if a casino has in built controls - cannot physically break max bet/cannot physically play restricted games/turnover deposit once etc - what exactly is there to scrutinise when cashing a player out, even from a bonus? (i'm actually curious!) And how some casinos do it instantly and some don't - is it a matter of some casinos needing a manual review? Level of risk?

Well take the extremes; Paysafecard charge the casinos 8-10% of the deposited amount. Visa/Mastercard Debit nowadays is well below 1%. A casino with even the simpliest revenue management system must take this into consideration don’t you think?

I try not to. It hurts my head.
