How much cost is it for a casino to process withdraws quickly?

So, I am just wondering about this.

LeoVegas, Rizk, VideoSlots, Trada they all process withdraws instantly, maybe maximum 2 hours and if you contact support they are more than happy to process it for you.

In this time and age, quick withdraws are one of the key things to a good casino.

So, why won't a reputable casino like Casumo do the same? I was on the chat today with them, asking why my withdraw which was requested over 12 hours ago has not been sent yet, and got the response they "aim" to process withdraws within 23 hours.

I mean, how much cost and manpower does it actually require to process withdraws instantly? Could any of the casino reps respond to this?

I understand some casinos might use it as a tactics to hope the players reverse their withdraws by having 2-3 days pending period (please avoid those casinos!) , but even Casumo has a lock withdraw function so I'm not sure I get it.

At Rizk yesterday and the day before I had several withdraw in the same day, all processed very quickly (their support is very helpful), so if Casumo aims to be one of the better casinos, they need to up their game on that area IMO.

There are many different factors that go into this consideration and each operator will have their own version of those. It is mainly a risk consideration - factors such as bonus money, free spins, games played as well as player country, method of deposit, method of withdrawal, amounts, lifetime and many more go into this.

Obviously from a Rizk, risk perspective it is far easier for us as we try to avoid using bonus money wherever possible and so we can cut out a lot of those factors. Even with a withdrawal lock there are certain things that still need to be checked so it is not about hoping players will reverse and i think that is the same for most of the top accredited casinos here.

Casumo used to process withdrawals in minutes up until about 6 months or so ago? Now it’s 24hrs on the mark most times regardless if bonus money is used...don’t know why they’ve slowed down.

Personally I don’t see the big deal in getting it in minutes, as long as it’s within their stipulated time frame and they don’t arse about.

I am certain that hoping the player is reversing his or her withdrawal is not the reason why sometimes withdrawals take longer,it is just an extra service provided by the Casino,I am really sure of that

Thanks for your feedback Captain.

And I totally understand you with regards to checking everything, but once you are fully approved and you only used cash balance to clear it, there shouldn't be any issue and I don't see why there should be a delay when you guys can almost do it 24/7, at least other casinos could do it within 12 hours!

And finnit, having the money in within minutes instead of days can make a big difference if there is a weekend coming up as you won't have it in your bank until monday, and if you won something decent you might want to spend it on something nice that weekend too :)

I also think (and hope) that hoping the player reverses is not something most casinos do, the accredited ones defintley, but there are 100% casinos that do, and I've used some of them who split a measly £800 withdraws in chunks over days just to get me to use some of the funds again.

I really do not think that Casinos want You to reverse Your withdrawals to steal Your money, but waiting a long time for Your money to come in is a problem,I agree,You have my support

100% agree with you and understand that which is why we try to process everything as quickly as we can.

To me the main purpouse for a casino to slow down the withdrawal process, for regular players, is that they want them to reverse. It is a way to increase revenue and decrease cost.

The reasons you mention might do that the player is flagged for extra controls but that shouldn't effect regular fully verified players.

The ”you” in my post is referring to the post made by the Captain that I quoted.

Not sure if this is what you mean with your post?[/QUO

Yep, Casumo are getting slower and slower. I just lock the withdrawals and play somewhere else until they are sent. Their loss. CS will usually flush it for you though.

Mr Smith. Beat me to my email box so not even a 1 min
