I got following mail on the 5th of nov. and wanted to take this bonus but was unable to do so.
I contacted the support and was told, that I redeemed this bonus in april - so what is wrong with that casino?? Why do they send such mails, if they are not valid. I did really like to play in all their casinos (desert nights, miami club, spartan slots, box24,....), but I think I will stop playing with your them - it was not the first annoying story with that casino group (deckmedia) - delayed pay-outs, spams,.... I don´t understand, why this casino is still accredited at casinomeister.
.......and don´t forget: I got that mail on the 5th of november.

I think their accreditation will continue mainly because your money and winnings are safe with them providing you play by their rules.

Sure there have been errors or hiccups along the way, that can happen with any business. If you had deposited with that code and won and then they tried to renege on it that might have been a different story.

Accreditation is not given or taken without due cause and investigation by the team here at CM and there have been way too many cases where someone has posted a complaint asking for the casinos head and it turns out the accuser was not what they presented to be.
 
It's simple really. The promotions staff put together offers which are sent out to everyone on the casino's active player list. As it is too costly to hire people to confirm/verify eligibility for the promotion, it is taken care of by CS reps when players are unable to use the bonus.

Yes I know most companies do not do biz this way. However many casinos do. Keeps costs down and promotions coming.

There are also affiliates that send out promotions. These offers again are not verified for eligibility.

Finally there are those offers posted on message boards. Most of the time these offers are only meant for the original recipient. Cannot remember ever seeing a promotion where the casino said "go ahead and send this offer to everyone you know!).

When I registered with them a couple of years ago they instantly bonus banned me LOL
I have never been bonus banned any casino in 10 years online play and never even accused of bonus abuse by any casino.
They refused to give a reason but said I was still eligible for the cashback option.
I deposited, lost and requested cashback and they said I was banned from receiving cashback promotion!
Avoid this cheating, lying crap hole at all costs.

....I do know, that everyone will get promomails, but to get a personal promomail is somerhing different and don't forget the time: I got that mail on the 6th of November and the support told me that I redeemed the bonus in April,.....come on, there are six months between.
.....and last but not least: they may be save and delays may happen, but other casinos are save, too, but they on warning list: I never had problems with cherry red, slots jungle and the other affective casinos- ok, they have time with the pay outs, but deckmedia group as well- and they are accredited.....
 
It seems this casino has on at least two occasions provided false information to people.
1. An email implying someone is eligible for a promo when he/she was actually not eligible.
2. Customer service telling someone that they are eligible for cashback when they were actually not.

It's probably not enough to do anything about until or if it gets worse.

Remember you are talking about an accredited site here.
I can see you weren't a member here at the time of this problem, and maybe they weren't accredited either at that time. If that situation were to arise today you would have access to their cooperative rep and upon providing proof of your being told you were eligible for cashback I'm sure she would have actioned it for you.
