How long to wait for a response from a casino rep before posting a complaint?

The instructions for posting a complaint say that I must notify the casino rep first.

    (1) How long should I wait for a response from the rep before I can consider them non-responsive and go ahead and post my complaint? 24, 36, 48 hours, 1 week, what?

    (2) Whatever that time period is, can I ask that it be added to the instructions ("Complaints Section Important Info").

    Thank you.

As far as I know, you don't need to wait for the reply from the rep to post the complaint. All you need to do is to send PM to the rep to let him/her know you are posting the complaint against the casino.

[strike]Actually that's not correct. The point is that you want to notify the rep and give them a chance to look into your issue. If they don't respond then it's fine to proceed to post, or PAB, as you prefer.

How long should you wait? Try, wait a day or so, try again, wait again. If nothing is happening then move on to the next step (see above).[/strike]

Good point that some guidance should be added to the "Zero Tolerance Policy". I'll flag the OP's post to Bryan's attention.

There is no wait time. I just want to make sure that the iGaming reps know that there is a thread that needs to be dealt with. That's all.

Thanks for the suggestion - I'll make this clear shortly.
