I've seen a lot of talk on the boards, both positive and negative, about when to call a casino out for slowpay/no pay.

I'm not going to name the casino yet, but here's the situation:

Made a withdrawal on the 16th and the casino's cashier trumpets that they process withdrawals within 48 hours of the next business day. Been going back and forth with them (when I can actually get up with them) and keep getting a version of the "we've contacted the casino owner and are awaiting his reply." Other than that, all I see is that the withdrawal is pending.

Yes, it's a bonus and yes, I met the wagering requirements. I've been a whore for long enough to know at least that. ;)

Mind you, I'm not saying the casino sucks or that they're trying to rob me. Even if I was waiting for a check, I would just want to know that.

All I'm asking is for people's opinions on how long one should wait before getting other advocates like Bryan involved.

I would say that two to three weeks is more than enough for any honest casino to pay, assuming they have everything they require. I don't understand why this casino staff would have to refer to the owner before payment, which is pretty much a routine accounting function (assuming they have money!)

Ditto. Players should hold casinos to their word on payout times. Yeah, sometimes bonus whoring can complicate things, but this shouldn't cause too much of a delay. Never forget, the casino in most cases does not want you to go away :D

Well, it's 9 calendar days and counting now ...

A couple of things I'm finding that add to the sick feeling in my stomach. The phone number that the casino lists for support is the same number as their cashier site lists. Last time I Live Chatted with the cashier people, the CS person stated that they were simply a clearinghouse for a number of different casinos.

Therefore, Live Chatting has no effect as would contacting them through the telephone. They did provide me an email contact for the casino's webmaster, but can't even give me the name of the person who owns the casino.

I shot off an email to the webmaster address and the support email address for the casino, and will wait and see.

I may be "Pitching a Bitch" next week, though ... :(
